Wow!!!
To say I had a good experience with the company would be understating how wonderful they are.
I have a brand that not may people would service (SMEG). The few others who would service it, offered timelines that were months and months away.

My refrigerator was fixed in under two weeks, and that is with the wait for the part.
Others told me it could be months to wait for a SMEG part.

I was blown away. The communication was good. They were extremely professional, took care of my home, were fast, reasonably priced, and to top it all off they were kind. They are incredibly knowledgeable and people of high integrity.
I feel so lucky to have found 98 Refrigeration Appliance Repair.

Andrii came out and assessed our washer issue in just a few minutes. Had the part and walked me through what had happened. He then gave me additional tips for our dryer. He was thorough, complete, and worth the cost. He cleaned up really well after as well. He was even able to come the next day after our washer broke. Thank you!

Mike (the owner) responded to my appliance repair inquiry within minutes. He arrived at my house on the same day about 1 hour later and made the repair. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will use his appliance repair service in the future. I highly recommend him.

Mike was incredibly prompt and able to fit me in that morning when my ice tray was overflowing with water. Arrived at the beginning of the window and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within the hour. Hope I don't have any more fridge problems but will be happy to call him back if I do.

Mike did a great job fixing our gas stove. He was prompt, polite, and helpful. He communicated well, seemed very knowledgeable, and was reasonably priced. We would highly recommend his services to any others!

Mike is very responsive and knowledgable. I had an issue with the defrost sensor in the refrigerator which Mike identified in couple of minutes and was able to fix it up within an hour. He also gave us some good advice on how to maintain the refrigerator for long time. Highly recommended and would definitely use his services in future.
