My HVAC system had an elevated CO, Mr. Parker taught me a lot regarding how severe problems could happen if we don't stop the gas furnacing, even he offered the 2 portable heaters to help us with the low room temperature during the preparation of the parts. From the moment that I met with Travis and James today, they were very professional to explain what are the problems from my original HVAC in my garage, the new system was installed extremely nice and cleaned up after they were done, the whole experience was great and my home is getting warm again. Bill came out and was a joy to work with. I had a smoke switch installed and my inducer fan was failing so had that repaired. He was efficient, arrived both days as promised, explained everything, and I am very satisfied. I rarely write these reviews but Pearce Heating is worth it.

He had to install a new capacitor on my A/C today, and did a total interior cleaning of the entire compressor. The entire team from Pearce Heating was outstanding throughout the process of getting a new furnace. Our furnace went down on Saturday with no hope to repair. Brian, the owner, got us a quote promptly on Monday which turned out to be better than the competitive quotes we received. He also arranged for the install on Thursday.

Travis and Pete were right on time Thursday morning. They were friendly, considerate, and did a very professional job installing. When they were done, everything was cleaned up, spotless, and the furnace worked great.
