Travis took the lead on our project and Sebastian and Cole were on his team. They were prompt, polite and courteous of our space. They used floor covers when they worked inside and cleaned up each night. They explained in detail what they were doing throughout the project and made sure we knew how to operate our new heater A/C unit. We could not be more impressed.

Pearce Heating and A/C installed a new Bryant Air Conditioner, added duct work for an air return on the second floor, and ran duct work to supply additional cool air to the upstairs. This completely solved the problem of an overheated upstairs during hot summer days and smokey fall days. Brian, the owner, was knowledgable and provided an excellent plan and a very reasonable cost proposal. I was also very impressed with the installation crew (Mike and Pete). They were friendly, skilled, efficient, and detailed oriented. They were among the best service crews doing work at our Woodinville house. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend Pearce & Co for any heating or air-conditioner projects.

Pearce replaced our old furnace and air conditioning units. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Tim and James did an excellent job on installation, left the work area clean, had great attention to detail, and explained what they were doing at each step of the process while maintaining COVID protocols the entire time. Would highly recommend Pearce for any heating or A/C work needed.

My furnace went out on a Saturday night. I called Pearce Heating on Sunday and they had a technician at my house by Sunday afternoon. As I suspected, the furnace needed to be replaced. The tech left me with two space heaters to keep me comfortable until Tuesday when a new furnace could be installed. Pearce Heating's crew of Mike, Pete and Diego arrived at 8:30 am Tuesday morning and had my new furnace installed and running by the end of the day. Pearce Heating is responsive, professional and very good at what they do. I whole heartedly recommend Pearce Heating.
