Joe has been to our house three times in the last few months for boiler work, winterizing our swamp cooler, and a quote for an AC/furnace replacement. Once on site, he has always been prompt, extremely informative, and extremely efficient. His quotes and pricing appear to be very reasonable, and his work is excellent.

I had a really good experience with this company. They were very responsive and the price was fair. My only regret is that I didn't get to see them right away!

James was friendly, professional, and competent. He was able to reference photos from prior maintenance and took photos of the before and after of the part that had to be replaced. And he didn't seem to mind that I was asking questions throughout the process and was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning! The technician was patient with me because I knew nothing about HVAC and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The job was completed quickly and effectively. We will definitely use these guys again in the future if we have any HVAC needs.

On 31st August 2022 , I had a technician visit to fix the issue of my Furnace leak when AC turns on . Th technician said that it is a clogged drain and we agreed to get it fixed . The technician (Nick) later worked on the issue and cleared the drain . He did tested the drain by manually filling water and said that it should solve the problem . The near the base of furnace was moist so he could not test it at the end by turning in the AC . He suggested me to turn it on later and check . He then left after taking a check of $318 from me .
When I tested after half an hour , I observed that the water was still leaking and issue was not fixed and remained same as before . I immediately called him and he said that he will try to visit later evening or next day morning time . He never showed up . I called eagle hvac office 5-6 times where they promised that someone would visit but they never showed up. Pathetic customer service after taking the money .please check my call records
2nd Sep , I called office again and also to Nick and he said that if he has to visit then I need to pay for service visit again .I am not sure what happened that he turned back from the prior commitment that he made to visit and recheck .

I was not getting any help from the eagle hvac phone number and they said they cannot escalate or transfer call to manager as they are working from home .I then went to their office to personally talk to someone who has customer empathy and found that they are moving and they don’t have any offfice I. Maple valley currently .
I later called Jessa again , she was kind and due to which this ticket is opened .

So to summarize , My Furnace leak issue is not addressed and I already issued check of $318 and in no mood to pay more for another visit as it is fault of the technician if they did not resolve issue completely.

I would still request if anyone in the team has some empathy and accountability to come and address my issue of leaking furnace .

There are other issues also in the form of payment method where technician notes the Credit card number and cvv in his phones notes manually to later go and charge the card which is also an issue .I eventually decided to issue a check however this issue is secondary and I would first need help for the primary issue of not resolving my problem of the furnace leak after agreeing and taking the money .

My equipment was immediately and affordably fixed by them. They are someone I would heartily suggest to anyone looking for AC work.
