Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning

Been using Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning for several years and have had nothing but stellar service each visit. Always on time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They take time to show pictures and explain any issues. I was impressed that after servicing my elderly father’s unit, Hayden took the time to call me and recap the visit. Above and beyond service!

I am doing so much better with this company than I thought I would. They are really nice, and their prices are reasonable. I had my heating and cooling system replaced by them this week. It has been a long time coming, but it was definitely worth the wait! The employees were all very nice, and they even helped me pick out new colors for my walls because some of the old ones were kind of faded. I am very pleased with everything about them, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

They did a nice job on the install of our new furnace and AC unit. The professionalism and expertise was appreciated. I felt I was treated fairly and was happy with the overall experience - from initial contact through installation. I would use and recommend Logan again.

We had scheduled an appointment with them for a repair. The first day after the allotted appointment time slot provided had come and gone, we called to see if they were still coming. They apologized and said they weren't going to make it. So missed work and never received a call from them to let us know. As we are understanding business owners, we decided to make an appointment for the following day. The same exact thing happened. No call from them. We had to call a half hour after the time slot ended and said they were held up again. Missing work for the second day in a row. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Our furnace broke 24 hours before we were leaving (in the winter!) for two weeks. Someone visited within 4 hours to see what could be done. Unfortunately, we had to replace our furnace. Fortunately, their install team was able to come the very next morning! We had to leave for the airport halfway through their job, and they completed the install, set the thermostat, and locked up the garage. Highly recommend.
