    2nd time needing service to my furnace. Both times exceptional customer service. He could have charged me to repair a part, instead he educated me and provided me extra technical support so that i could fix it on my own. Fair and good people.

    We had been looking for AC for the last couple years and I just couldn't bring myself to spend the money.
    Jasen Phelps came out and recommended a heat pump instead of AC for what I was trying to achieve and gave me a quote that was reasonable and not sky high like the previous two quotes I had gotten. The installation was quick and the crew kept the area they were working in clean and kept the disturbance to my family as minimal as possible. The final product makes me wish I would have found Pathfinder a lot sooner because the comfort of my house is remarkably better. I would definitely recommend to anyone for their HVAC needs.

    We've worked with Jasen on a few projects and he's always friendly, punctual and reasonably priced. As a landlord, it's important for us to be able to work with someone that's reliable and Pathfinder fits the bill. He's great with tenants, dogs, kids, and when we've been there, very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. We'll use him for HVAC services whenever they come up and would recommend him for any project, large or small. He also helped us out with a property in Montana and again, just so nice to have someone we trust enough to stay there and manage the whole thing without us needing to worry about getting involved or the work being done correctly or on time.     Their service and diagnostic was spot on. Jasen Phelps gave me an honest analysis on what needs to be addressed. I may be able to get a few years more out of my system. I did contact other HVAC companies but they didn't want to come out for a diagnostic. Pathfinder was the only one to come out. I appreciate that. Just a a work about Sara, she was awesome. She worked with me over a week until I gave the go ahead. Thanks Sara. Jasen will be giving me an estimate for a new system, mine was over 19 years old.

    Jasen was able to fit me in his schedule last minute today, as my furnace was not working after I replaced the batteries in my thermostat that had died. He quickly fixed the issue. His team had great communication as well. I will be calling to schedule a full service soon!

    I needed a furnace issue addressed and reached out to Pathfinder HVAC. I already had a VERY pricey quote from another company and was getting a 2nd opinion. Jasen showed up ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed a MUCH less expensive resolution that actually addressed the issue.

    I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work,: old, new or replace!

    Jasen charged 600+ for resetting the trip switch. He charged double the market rate for coolant. Add to this he blew off my circuit board and didn’t even own up to it. It will cost me thousands now to fix it. Stay away from this company. He doesn’t know what he’s doing.

    Jason showed up on time and did not give up till my office A/C was blowing ice cubes. The experience was super.
