I just wanted to have my furnace inspected and get a quote for an ac unit. Three separate times I called to confirm my appointment and they confirmed - but never showed up. I called them after each missed appointment and they had a different excuse each time. No voicemail, text, or emails. Just a no show. Three separate times. Stay away.

Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning are AMAZING. Hired them for our boiler installation. All communications were handled promptly , knowledgeable and professionally. Install was as scheduled-no delays and earlier than expected and completed within one day without any difficulty. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Ben was very helpful from the first time I used his services. Both he and his son did an outstanding job repairing the pipe in my tenants bathroom. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and I appreciate all of his work in time and effort . I highly recommend.

Our furnace stopped working and we called Eagle. They said they could schedule us that day between 3 and 6. At 6 we hadn't heard from anyone and called. After another half hour we found out that the technician had another job and couldn't get to us for another 2 days. No one bothered to call us and let us know. Very unprofessional.

I would like to commend Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning and the team of men on the remarkable extraordinary work they always give me. Ben was incredible and I know I can trust him. . I called him and he came out the same day to evaluate the issue again. He was very professional and kind and got everything done and approved within hours.I applaud this team for honesty, loyalty, dependability, professionalism, and expertise. Great Job.

Very good service. They were very helpful. Very nice people who do their job well.

Scheduled an appointment. When they didn't show, I called to inquire and was told they pulled the technician for a commercial job and hecould not come out today. They didn't have the courtesy to call to inform me of the change in scheduling. Very unprofessional.

Ben did a superb job. The problem was fixed when I got home. He did a fantastic job of explaining what the problem was and gave me several options to resolve it , both short and long term. I highly recommend.

Hang up the call on me with simply asking why they charge $99 for a technician to come out and give a maintenance quote.
