They were quite professional, cleaned the closet before installing the new unit, installed the thermostat, covered the carpet with drop cloths, and completed the job in approximately three hours. It's a very cool house. Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning has my endorsement.

Our furnace had quit working and the highs for the week were sub freezing so we called and specifically asked if they serviced oil furnaces, to which we were assured they did. At the end of our 3 hour service window we called as we had not heard anything and were told a tech was on their way and would reach out to us. After another hour of sillence we called again and someone else answered the phone and told us they do not service oil furnaces and no one was going to be showing up, no call and no communication. I am not one to leave reviews but this was the least professional company I've ever worked with and strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
