I got various quotes from hearing and cooling companies in the area. East Hill Heating & Cooling stood out immediately! Christy was so UNBELIEVABLY nice over the phone, truly amazing customer service! They came out right away for a quote and they were SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than any of their competitors. They aren’t trying to up-sell you on anything, Doug knows his stuff and told me exactly what I needed. He explains everything in detail and let’s me know why other companies might make suggestions on things and why they are simply trying to up-sell you. I have a friend in HVAC and he confirmed this too. Doug is an expert who has been doing this for 30+ years and it was clear right away! We had to wait a month to get an installation but that is understandable in the heart of the summer. When the day finally came he did the entire job by himself which was extremely impressive. He installed a new furnace, new A/C, new thermostat, new water heater, and cleaned my vents. The job took a few days because it was indeed a big job! But it was perfect and they were SUPER flexible. I don’t usually write reviews but I HAD to for this company. Cannot recommend them enough! They were outstanding in every aspect of their business. They are a small family owned business and they do things right. Thank you Doug and Christy!

Five stars for East Hill! The estimate provided to replace both our furnace and air conditioner was thousands lower than other bids and the quality of the work was exceptional. Doug has been in the business 40 years and definitely knows his stuff. He's friendly, honest, and dependable, all of which gave me confidence that he'd do a great job and he did. Working in the background, his wife Christie is super friendly and responsible; together they make quite a team!

East Hill Heating & cooling did a great job on our New furnace & Central AC Installation. They were here on time and did a great job. Doug takes pride in his work and we are the beneficiaries of his quality job. We had the job done back in August and have enjoyed being cool in our house & now that summer has turned to fall we are cozy and warm.

I can't say enough positive words about this business. After last summer's heat wave, we began to think about adding AC to our home. We also had a 40+ year old furnace that we decided to replace at the same time. We called several businesses for estimates, and I was very grateful for the detailed explanation of options from East Hill's owners , Doug and Christy. They were very clear about which options would provide the necessary heating and cooling while being the most dependable and not going overboard. The new AC and heater are installed and working great. I would recommend East Hill Heating & Cooling to anyone with HVAC needs.

Doug was great and very professionalonal. I had another company out the week prior for two hours and they tried to convince me a I needed a new furnace for 16,0000 dollars. Doug came out and found the problem within 15 minutes, he stayed out at my home till 730 that night on a Friday to fix the issue so i would have heat again. I will definitely be using this company again in the future when I actually do need a new furmace install.

Doug was excellent, the estimate time for the service was spot on, the cost was excellent because I was expecting someone to just come in and try to sell me a new one but he went right at it fixing the issue. He took the time to entertain my pet while he was here, an animal liker always gets kudos in my book. Will definitely call on and recommend them in the future.

Doug was able to come out right away to assess my heating issue. He quickly identified the problem and gave me options and costs to repair vs replacement. Due to the age of my system we decided to replace, and Doug was able to get the job completed within a couple days. Pricing was fair, customer service was excellent, and Doug and Christy are good people to do business with. Will definitely use again in the future.

Christy was very helpful and friendly setting up and scheduling our furnace installation. The installation went smoothly and quickly. Overall a good experience and great value.

This was the latest in jobs East Hill Heating & Cooling has done for me, and I am very happy with their work. They made sure they did follow up to make sure everything was fine tuned, and I really appreciate that attention to detail! Would highly recommend this company.

Doug offered common sense solutions for a couple of issues we had with our heating system and we chose them to install a new heat pump when the old one broke down. Supply chain issues delayed the delivery of the heat pump, but they made sure we had heating by installing the heat exchanger right away. Once the heat pump was delivered it was expertly installed.

When a leak on the system caused the pump to shut down a couple of days later, they came right out-- on a Sunday to diagnose the problem. They came back again the next day to fix it, and the day after to make are everything was working right.

I'd give six stars if I could.
