Mark came when promised and installed a new furnace and thermostat. He installed it quickly and expertly. He explained everything. I would definitely recommend Columbia Heating for any furnace issues.

In the midst of the snowstorm of a lifetime (seriously) our Furnace went out. The soonest I could get a well ranked big firm out was 4 days. Mark came out at 7pm that night after a long day of furnaces all over the Puget Sound region.

My troubleshooting (as gleaned from YouTube) left me resigned to needing a new furnace, or at least a new blower motor. Not Mark - a few minutes in he realized a new capacitor would get us warm for the night, and with a return visit the next day he installed a larger cold air return vent to reduce the load on the motor that had been caused by cold air returns being covered over in a past remodel.

He just gave us a lot lot more life out of the motor and the furnace.
