Approximately 4 years ago my old Lennox (1997 install) furnace appeared to be ready to ‘die’. Mark Bjorkquist saved me time and a lot of money by diagnosing the repairable issue (primarily blower motor). He is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I very much appreciate him taking time to explain clearly what needed to be done and getting an understandable estimate. I recently (Aug 2019) needed to have a furnace inspection/service (selling my house) so I called Mark. Mark has not changed - he still is extremely competent & takes pride in his work. I’ve worked with Mark for the last 3 years. He has serviced my a/c unit every year and replaced my furnace. He is always prompt, courteous, honest and fair. You couldn’t ask for better customer service.

First of all I can't compliment Columbia Heating enough! Mark was very professional , on time and very knowledgeable. Not only did he complete the work at less than a competitor (that I won't name but claims to provide "Quality Service on Three") but he also cleaned up the mess they left when I told them their prices were ridiculous.

I hired Columbia Heating & AC to install a new furnace and AC. They did a great job and the system works real good. They showed up on time and were very professional. My wife is extremely happy and our house is very cold on these hot days. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Mark was great to work with. I will hopefully be using him for ongoing routine inspections and maintenance. Communicates well, does solid work, cleaned up the job site well, and was willing to explain things and answer my questions. Would highly recommend.

We've worked with Mark for 10 years ...on our own house and all of our rentals except one which has alternative heating source. On time , on budget, respectful of our tenants and our time. He is our go to always.

Heater died on a Friday night so by Monday morning, I was desperate to get someone to come take a look at it. Mark was able to come out that same day and initially we thought the problem was just the air filter needing to be cleaned/replaced. After showing me how to get in and out of my 35-year-old furnace and showing me how to clean the filter, he put it all mostly back together and said he wanted to watch the furnace run to make sure there wasn't something else going on. I will be forever grateful that he did because there were some serious issues with the burners that could have resulted in the furnace itself exploding. He wasn't able to install a new one that day or the next day but offered to lend me some space heaters until he could come out on Wednesday to install a new furnace. I really liked Mark's laid back but very professional style. Before he left, he showed me how to replace the filters and even re-wired and showed me how to use the fan feature on my Nest thermostat.

Can't recommend Columbia Heating & AC highly enough. Great people to work with and I got a very fair price on the replacement furnace.

Columbia Heating did a great job for us, installing a replacement furnace and new A/C unit, just in the nick of time prior to the hot summer weather. They did the work well, performed the work on-time/quickly, and for a competitive price, with no surprises from their bid. They came by a couple times post-installation while in the area to check up that everything was working well. Overall their people were extremely friendly and took the time to answer our questions even during the work. Recommended to our neighbors.
