Mark and His Father Pat have been taking care of my furnace and heating needs on my house now for about 20 years . They have always been there when I have need them and yes it’s always been in time like this week and it’s cold and it’s snowed out side and the furnace stops working . And you know it’s times like these everybody is busy as all get out . My furnace stopped working on Tuesday afternoon , I messaged Mark and he said he good get to me Thursday afternoon . Which was a lot better than a week most places we’re giving . Mark Called me Wednesday and said he could look me that afternoon. He was here by 3pm . He found the issue spent about 3.5 hours getting everything fixed up . He noticed that there was a small water drips from the condensation tube applied some sealer . Returned on Thursday to make sure everything was working . Which it was . He had to do some major repairs to keep my furnace going because I could not afford a new furnace at the time that was 2016 here we are 2020 and he got her going . I promise Mark this summer I am calling and we’re doing a new system . If your looking for an honest hard working Man and runs an honest business I would recommend Columbia hearing and Mark any day of the week.

Mark was able to squeeze me into his very busy schedule, within 24 hrs, during the current heat wave to fix my broken AC. He replaced the capacitor, and checked everything else, to make sure it operates properly. My house is now thankfully nice and cool again! I highly recommend him.

Our furnace gave out right before Thanksgiving and unfortunately we needed a new one. Mark was able to help us quickly to diagnose and then schedule an appt install the new one right after the holiday. My husband and I both felt we could trust him and that we got a fair price. A family member of ours is in the same business and was also able to confirm the information and pricing all made sense and was in line with both fairness and quality. Throughout all our interactions, he was such a great communicator, both friendly and professional. Would call him again in a heartbeat if we had another issue - but let’s hope not! ;-)

It was snowing and my furnace wasn’t working when I got home from work. Columbia heating was at my door in about 90min. A short professional diagnosis, the part needing to be replaced was in his truck and soon my family was warm again. Thanks Mark and Columbia Heating!! You should have every confidence in using Columbia. I have their sticker on my furnace for an easy call in the future.

Mark is an absolute genius and true professional when it comes to identifying root cause to your AC problems. He came in and isolated the issue and then began working on the root cause. He was very curious and kept explaining this thought process throughout the job. His fix was on point to his root cause analysis and I was able to get my AC up and running in less than 45 mins. Mark knows his stuff inside and out and is someone I can trust to handle my homes AC and heating issues in the future. Put this guy on speed dial!!!!

On Christmas afternoon, (Friday) I made more than 8 calls to local businesses who advertise 24/7 emergency service. I either got no answer or was told no technician would be available until Monday. My 94 year old neighbor's furnace had gone out and it was 54 degrees in her home. Mark at Columbia Heating answered the call; came out the next morning and did the repair. He took time to help us understand what the problem was and how we could manage it if it happened again in the future. Within a few hours the house was warmed up to 70 and he had a very happy customer. Thank you for your honest, prompt and compassionate service Mark. You will be recommended to all our neighbors!

Don’t call anybody else, Columbia Heating & Air is the best! Mark is super nice, professional, very responsive, and goes above and beyond to get things fixed right. He fixed our furnace when it broke last fall and now repaired our A/C. The pricing is more than reasonable (WAY LOWER price than another quote we got), great value for the excellent customer service that you’ll get. Also good about following Covid-19 safety precautions. 5 stars.

My AC went out on a Friday night, I called all over for someone to come out on Saturday. Mark returned my call right away and said he could come out the same day and that he would be here at noon, he was on time. He diagnosed the problem right away which made me a very happy person. He had the part in his truck so there was no downtime. He was here for about an hour and by the time he left my AC was fixed. I would highly recommend this company and Mark to anyone. Had a great experience with owner Mark. He was very cordial on the phone, was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, and came on time. He thoroughly assessed our units, explained everything including what work was needed, the cost involved, and got our approval before starting the job. We were very pleased and would call Columbia Heating and AC again.
