Mark at Columbia Heating will not disappoint you. They provide excellent service, very professional, on time, honest work, and very reasonably priced. Our AC stopped working all of a sudden in the middle of the heat wave, Mark came in the next day and helped us diagnose the issue and offered to fix it the next day after providing detailed quotes and listed what was going to get done. We bought a new furnace almost 3 years ago, and then scheduled maintenance recently. I could not have had a better experience both times! New furnace runs great - installed within a day and at a very fair price. I called to schedule maintenance - Mark came the next day on time, again at an exceptionally fair price. He also took the time to teach me how to open the furnace and change the filter (what screws went were, etc) because my husband is increasingly not being able to do it. I highly recommend him and his company for their professionalism, workmanship, very fair prices and kindness. Thank you so much!

Mark was very knowledgeable and professional when he came to fix my HVAC. He showed me what the problem was, fixed my air filters and took extra time to show me how to maintain my unit. Returned my call within minutes & fit me into busy schedule in middle of heat wave to look at our a/c unit which quit working. Mark, Owner, was punctual, professional & quickly assessed burned out part. It was fixed within less than an hour. Mark double checked a few elements to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I have also used them 2 years ago to repair our furnace. Highly recommend.
