    Absolutely top drawer service from my initial contact with Susie in the office until Riley walked out of my home after fixing my furnace. Both Susie and Riley went the extra mile for me, by verifying I was still under warranty to Riley driving on treacherous roads to help me out. Thank you both very much.

    Needed a new all HVAC system to replace out original 35 year old system. They were very professional and cleaned up after the install. The manager saved me almost 1k dollars with some additional rebates. Highly recommend gig harbor heating and A/C.

    From start to finish they made the entire process easy. Robert is very knowledgeable with American standard product, which is the brand we preferred. We went with a heat pump, furnace and acuclean system and we couldn’t be happier with how it all works. The install with Austin went extremely smooth and he was able to answer any question my husband and I had. Robert even stopped in to help between jobs and moved our thermostat to where we wanted it. We would recommend Gig harbor Heating and AC to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price.

    After having 4 companies come out and give us a quote for heating and cooling our house, and having four complete different ideas of how to make it work for our situation, we decide to hire GH Heating and AC. They have been in business a long time and have a good reputation. We appreciated having knowledgeable people (one of which was the owner) come out to talk to us instead of a sales rep that can't answer challenging questions. They spent a couple of hours figuring out a good solution and what they came up with was something we agreed would work well. Once we knew they were the front runner for the job, they willingly came out again to go over finer details and an ironed out plan. The installation went well - both guys did a great job and it wasn't an easy one with having to spend a lot of time in both the crawl space and attic. Four full days later, we had two complete systems in place, just in time for the warm weather. They were professional, efficient, and hard workers. We were contacted after the fact to see how things were going - something that is always appreciated. We are happy to have an efficient system(s) that will make our home more comfortable and are glad we went with these guys!

    After dealing with other HVAC companies that don't respond, don't show, don't quote, are rude, etc, it was a relief to find Gig Harbor Heating and A/C. We had them come in an move a couple heat registers for a small remodel. They came out to quote the job within a couple days and had us scheduled for work a week later. They did have to return twice on different days to get different parts but stuck to their original quote. Thanks!

    On 12/3/18 I called and tried to schedule an appointment as my furnace was not working properly. The scheduling person (Suzy) researched my acct and found that they had sent a tech out in Oct who could not figure out what the problem was, other than to replace the filters. the problem stopped until 12/2. Because of this she wanted to schedule the Manager to come trouble shoot my situation, saying he was much more experienced and should be able to diagnosis what the issue is. By Friday 12/7, I had not heard back so I called back. Suzy (very nice lady) apologized and said she forgot and would have this manager out around 2:30 on 12/7. When I called at 2:00pm I was told he was running late and it would be closer to 3:30 or 4:00pm only to get a call later that he couldn't get to my house until Monday (12/10) at 1:30pm. On Monday, 12/10 @ 10:30am I received a call from the manager who told me because the furnace was located in the ceiling their was nothing they could do other than to take the furnace out of the ceiling and reposition it, which would cost a lot of money! I asked him had he already been to the house to look at what was causing the problem? He said no, he just talked to the Tech. (who came out in Oct) and decided that was the only solution (relocate my furnace out of the ceiling). At this point I became very upset at which point he hung up on me. My advice don't use this company to work on anything in your HVAC system. The manager didn't bother to come look at the situation himself as I was promised and the only solution being to re-locate my furnace at a huge expense. Surely they can do better than that.

    Called after my heat pump failed. They were very quick to return the call and send professional technician. Found that compressor had failed. Due to the age of my unit, they gave me several options from repair to replacement. They did not pressure the sale of a new unit and encouraged the lower priced repair. I found that I can trust this company and will be doing business with them in the future.

    5 star company! We needed a replacement for our heat pump and Gig Harbor Heating came to our rescue. Great company to work with. We are very happy with the results.
