We just can’t say enough good things..... we have lived in several places across the country. Best HVAC company we have ever dealt with.... and second place wasn’t really close.

Ed was just great... punctual, personable, knowledgeable and very professional. Very tuned into balancing a commitment to safety ( COVID situation) and the practical fact that he was there to get a job done.

Home Energy Group, Inc came highly recommended. I called for an appointment and the next day Jason Neal came out. I explained I had no heat source. We have radiant ceiling heat but it has not worked for years. Our only other source is a wood stove. I was bringing my husband home after 2 weeks in the hospital and several major surgeries. I had a emergency. The team of Home Energy Group, Inc. scheduled to come out immediately. Ed Locati led the team and we knew we were in good hands. They placed a Daikin heat pump in our home. It is the perfect product for us. I had heat before I brought my husband home . The Home Energy Group, Inc has set the example for going above and beyond excellent customer service. They are kind, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. These qualities are rare. They came to my rescue in a stressful situation. I manage multiple rental homes that Home Energy Group installed the HVAC systems on. When an issue occurs, they are immediately contacting the tenants to resolve their issues to ensure that they are not sweltering in the heat and/or freezing in the cold. They are willing to walk the tenants through checking the system over the phone and will be to the home within an hour timeframe to get it working. A wonderful group of people and I enjoy working them!

Our home in Portland was built in 1932 which meant none of the modern amenities were in place. Hot summer days and extremely cold winters, we needed a solution. We had a Daikin VRV system installed which was ducted with air handlers on the first and second floor creating a 2 zone system helping us be more efficient with our energy consumption. Thanks to Home Energy Group for guiding us through the process, being very timely and professional, honest and affordable.

I had a new furnace installed and added A/C also. There was no high pressure, the price was better than I could get elsewhere, they showed up on time and were very friendly, efficient, and answered all my dumb questions. And when problems came up that were not even their fault, they quickly resolved them to a level above what I expected. They made me feel way more important than I deserve and even fished the job a little ahead of schedule. I was VERY impressed (which is unusual for me). I HIGHLY recommend them as I can't think of a single negative thing about my experience. They showed care and concern for the customer, and that is rare these days.

Brian and his crew put a furnace /heat pump in our house that was done in the time they said would be done , quality of work and equipment cant be beat ,Dusty and Nathan are dedicated to doing a great job, Jason is awesome too. This is the second time I used Home Energy Group and would use again,

Top notch HVAC company- always professional, honest, and prompt. They installed a heat pump for me 3 yrs ago, and they do my routine maintenance, and happily answer/ educate regarding questions about my system, and how to get the most from it. When you call their number, you get a live person who is truly happy to help you, and address your concerns- a breath of fresh air in our culture. I always happily and enthusiatically recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors!!!

Had an issue with our gas fireplace; Brian came out to our place of residence and was very friendly but professional, took his time in explaining everything and answering all my questions. He solved the problem during the visit and taught me a lot of valuable operational knowledge. The service call charge was very reasonable as well. We will be their customers for a long time to come.

Brian and his crew do an amazing job listening to the client and their concerns, then letting their expertise and customer service do the talking. They educate you about your system, as well as the process of getting you squared away. Rates are reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough about how polite, friendly and efficient the crew were. They were on time and cleaned up.

Our mini-splits are right where we need them and we are ready to enjoy a comfortable winter.
