We are very pleased with the workers that came to our house. They arrived promptly and first put down a canvas. They were very polite and friendly. We highly recommend this business.

The service man was nice, polite, knowledgeable and funny. The lady I spoke to when I called them was relaxed and easy to talk to. I will be calling on them again in the future.

They were fine when we saw them. Shivered huddled under blankets in winter clothing with space heaters in the winter with a broken furnace for 3 - 4 weeks though waiting for the appointment. I guess I wasn’t pushy enough when I called? How could they have been that short of staff? No discount or anything. Still a mystery to me. This was fall 2017. Furnace broke again today, will NOT be calling them. Furnace broken in winter is not a casual thing, even if it is Seattle.

Our 9 year old furnace stopped working on a Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning and the dispatching person answering was professional and attentive. The response timing was great and our tech was Sam. He was GREAT - knowledgable, diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to secure the necessary parts to get the job completely done. Before going the repair route, he outlined the alternative of replacement but was not pushy and provided the information we needed to make an informed repair decision. We've had lots of other companies out but Eastside has definitely earned our business!!

They diagnosed and fixed a problem with my heat pump/heat exchanger system. I had a very positive experience with them on all aspects involved with the problem.

We just bought a new home, and Eastside has been servicing the Heatpump yearly for the last decade, I believe they originally installed the unit as well. There was question raised in the inspection, so they came out, checked it, and said, nope it works great! No problems! So we proceeded with the purchase... Now, the heat pump has failed... so after having problems for the few couple weeks, they finally came out and installed (for $250) the new thermostat I had purchased (note, couldn't be a Nest/too new of one.. they don't do those), they said, all should be good...

it wasn't. Turns out the motherboard was fried in the heatpump. So now we play the waiting game again, and a month rolls on by, in hot weather, no central air... fun times.

So they finally come out and to give us a quote to fix or replace, but instead just say... not interested in the job. Almost 2 months later from when we bought the place and they said it worked great. So I called them... and was told

You bought a used car, there are no guarantees and you should have known it wasn't going to work.

Cliff and Ross installed the furnace in a professional and knowledgeable manner. All our questions were answered, and they left the worksite tidy.
