EXCELLENT! Have used this company for many, many years and
because of their exceptional service our furnace system has far
outlasted its expected functionality. Michael has serviced our home for the past few years and we readily give this business 5 plus stars.

Our tech, Michael, has been universally excellent, arriving same-day, on-time, and fixing problems promptly and accurately the first time out. I'm surprised at the variety of parts they stock right on the truck, like main circuit boards for a 10-year old Trane furnace, but they had it!

Keith with Evergreen Eastside Heating and AC communicated well, worked efficiently and was extremely helpful with servicing our furnace and informing me of the correct filters to use. He was also kind and respectful. I would highly recommend Evergreen Eastside Heating!

I was very happy to write this review for Kiel and his team over at Evergreen, because of the success of our recent in-home Hvac installation.
I understand that our heat pump/air handler replacement is not the biggest job in the world, but Kiel extended courteousness and attention to detail regardless of the size of the job.
Kiel and one other company were the only companies who, we felt, correctly sized the air handler to our basement. They had the technical expertise we needed.
Cliff and Kiel came out to do our installation. They were prompt, completed the work in the estimated timeframe, and left the area in a tidy manner. Cliff patiently explained the Nexia thermostat system to me, provided advice on keeping the filter clean, and he setup the weekly heating and cooling schedule so that after the team left, I did not have to set up anything and the Hvac was running fine and connected to my phone.
The electrician that Evergreen recommended, Bellevue Electric, did their work in a very timely and cost-effective manner. The duct cleaning service Evergreen recommended, DuctVac NW, arrived promptly the first day and completed their work before Evergreen began their installation. It is clear to me that Evergreen maintains valuable relationships with other service providers so that the installation can be as seamless as possible.
Kaylin, who works in the Evergreen office, was prompt, courteous, and followed up with us with important invoicing and financing information via email and phone. The day after the work was completed, Kaylin called us to discuss what would be on the final invoice. I appreciated the call prior to receiving an invoice in the mail so that there were no surprises and we were on the same page.
Above all, Kiel and the Evergreen team were honest, upfront, and we feel acted with integrity. We are thankful to have met Kiel and his team, and we look forward to working with Evergreen again for our Hvac needs. Thank you Evergreen Eastside!

We had a heat pump issue with our Trane heat pump. The compressor was not turning on. Called out our regular maintenance guy to checkout our system and was quoted 3k for replacement of compressor. Called Evergreen Eastside Heating to come out and give us a quote on a new system and the tech decided to checkout our system and found out the issue and replace the part for 300. Saved us 3k is repair bills. Tech was very professional and reliable. Would call out again if system fails.

We recently purchased a Trane Central AC unit from Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC. We were told that Trane is very picky about who they let sell and install their units; and now we know why. The crew who came out could not have been more professional, knowledgeable or efficient....and they were friendly to boot! We highly recommend this company.
