    Warning: This company is unethical charge the customer. They told me the initial trip to diagnose the furnace issue is $129 + tax. The technician came out and took only 5 minutes to identify that the ignitor was broken. The tech needed to order part and came back to install it. The total time from the initial arrive to the time he picks up the part and came back to finish the installation in was 2 hours: from 12 PM to 2PM. They charged $273 for part, and $166 for diagnoses. The total invoice was $482.90. I look up the part on the box that the tech left behind on the web from the manufacturer was $27. I question them these items on the invoice, but the explanation was the warranty for the part cost, and they just go around and around.

    The Eastside Heating and AC was a very good company that I used in the past, and that's why I call. But this new Evergreen Eastside Heat & AM, is unethical. They do not keep their words. Avoid it if you can.

    I am very disappointed about the customer service. I called twice about fixing my duct to the furnice and both times I was told the service people are too busy with other more important work. The second time the guy got really impatient and hung up on me.

    I guess you have to be freezing cold to get them to work on your project.
