Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC

We had service done on our furnace and heat pump in August, 2021. The guy who came out was great: he was on time, he was very friendly, he wore booties in the house and did a good job on the maintenance from what I could see. He updated the service log on the side of the furnace too. These guys were the ones who installed our furnace and heat pump (2018) and it’s been working great ever since. Even through these really hot record-setting summer days.

Fantastic experience with Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC. They recently installed a new furnace and AC unit and I couldn't be happier. From the first call to set-up an estimate to the completion of the project it went smoothly. The staff was professional and worked with me on reviewing several options for equipment and installation. We finally decided to install a central AC in our house because we knew that it would be good. What we didn’t know is how wonderful our life would be after that. Our house does not feel like an oven anymore. It’s awesome! Evergreen was great since the day of the estimate when Mike came over to our house on a Sunday morning, through the last day of the installation. He put the project together very fast, and Rob and Todd worked hard and made everything work perfectly. Courteous, professional, dedicated, trustworthy. We are very pleased with their customer service, product, and price. Thank you to all Evergreen staff for the attention and expertise, and for making our house a paradise.

We used Evergreen to replace our old furnace and install a new tankless hot water heater. They were extremely professional, quick, and the work is fantastic. Everything looks great and works perfectly. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great service and friendly folks!

Don and Ross did a highly professional job with the installation of our new furnace. They were personable, fast, thorough, and knew what they were doing. One complaint though, Don had stepped on a container lid of "gunk". He did not get it completely removed from his shoe. When coming upstairs to do a final thermostat check, he tracked dirt footprints on our carpeted steps. It is now unsightly. It may take a professional to clean it up.

We just purchased a new furnace and heat pump through your company and are so happy to feel warmth in our home again. And we are looking forward to enjoying air conditioning in the summer months for the first time. Your installation specialists worked very efficiently and professionally. We will highly recommend Evergreen Eastside Heat & A.C. to everyone we know.

On time in a truck that looks immaculate, with a very knowledgeable and professional foreman and staff who showed skill, courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness in every way. They installed my new furnace and showed consideration for all my concerns. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris. Cliff made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Cliff, Ross and Andrew are a great team and I will recommend your company and service at every opportunity. Garret was thorough in helping me understand my choices when my furnace quit. We have been working with Evergreen Eastside Heating and AC since 1998 when they first put in our furnace and air conditioning, and we couldn't be more pleased! When it became obvious that our furnace was not coming on and staying on -----the house started getting really cold!----- we called Eastside's office. First the technician, Michael, came out to do an evaluation, ---------and he was wonderful!!! He worked quickly and efficiently, plus he explained everything that he discovered as he went along. He gave us two options: replace and rewire the circuit board, or install a new furnace. He discussed with us the options. We chose to replace the furnace, and within 4 days, and right on the time they had said, we had Rob and Dominick here to install a new furnace!!! They were excellent, worked like a perfect team, gave us additional advice about the arrangement of other appliances, and left us with a totally clean work space, and a wonderful, warm and toasty furnace. We recommend Evergreen Eastside to everyone!

I unexpectedly had to switch heating companies. The switch created some confusion because each company has their own way of working. Evergreen Eastside did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and trying to sort If she’s left by the previous company. Tim was on time, courteous and determined to ensure I was not left without a good experience with the company the challenges of my previous experience.

Everyone to whom I spoke on the phone was also wonderfully courteous and helpful.

The bill was higher than I expected but you pay for a good service!

From beginning to end Evergreen was top notch. I've been in the trades for 25+ years and I'm a tough guy to please. The estimator had a quick turnaround on the bid with 3 options and no upselling. Scheduling was fast and accommodating. The install technician was in and out, didn't waste time, polite and as as clean as he could be. Billing was easy and ready when I said I was satisfied with the job. Even after I paid they responded quick to any questions or concerns (my wife) had. Lastly the price was good and met my budget. I highly recommend Evergreen Eastside Heating and AC!
