Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC

I had a 22 year old furnace and called Evergreen again. Rob and Ross showed up on time and were very professional with a semi crawl space install of a new furnace (kind of a difficult working space!). They were careful with my floor and respectful of keeping things organized. I am very happy with the new furnace and would recommend this company.

We had a new Trane furnace and AC system installed to replace a 20-25 year system. Rob and Dominic took considerable care, with humor and expertise to dismantle and rebuild. The time to complete and clean up took maybe 2 to 3 hours longer than the estimate but obviously the concern in doing it correctly rather than hurridly was a valid reason.
An inspection by a City inspector , two days later, showed no problems and he voiced that the installation was well done and a complete lack of gas leaks. He signed it off. Naturally my wife and I are very pleased.

Great bunch of guys. Rob, Dom and Todd arrived on time, put up with my dog's barking and installed my new Trane furnace. The installation was not an easy one since it required them to go into a 4' crawlspace under my house and remove the old furnace and replace it.

Would absolutely recommend them.

I am glad to say replacing our 15 (and a half) year old furnace was, outside of the expense of course, a non-event thanks to Evergreen Eastside Heat and AC. What could have been a major chore, production and headache went so smoothly and quickly I almost didn't believe it. Last week our original furnace was on its last legs. Before this week was even half over we had a new and much superior furnace in place. If a furnace could look beautiful in its new home, it did.

Not that I am in rush to go thru this again, but if I were to, I would unhesitatingly choose Evergreen for the job.

Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC passed all my tests: professional (timely, knowledgeable, considerate of my home, respectful of my requests), honest, excellent customer service - and I am not easy to please.
Dominic put up with having me watch him the whole time and patiently answered my questions. Todd, while obviously more experienced, was respectful and light-handed in his suggestions to Dominic. The result was a reasonable solution to a tricky problem, executed with good workmanship and attention to my concerns.
Rob, who accompanied Dominic for the duct testing the next day, went beyond the nominal job by silver-taping a sheetmetal patch which had flapped up during the test. Back in the office, reached by phone, Amanda and Carrie were always pleasant and effective. Being a union shop, with an obvious culture of mentoring and teamwork, gives me confidence in this company.
Their bid was slightly higher than others for replacing a 30-year-old Payne single-stage furnace with a new TRANE two-stage, but I got a solid piece of work from a company which I expect will be around to service it.

We want to compliment Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC and especially Cliff and Ross for the job they did on the recent installation of our heat pump air conditioner and furnace. They were efficient, clean and quiet.....real craftsmen. We are pleased with every aspect of the installation and the performance of the equipment.

They came out for regular furnace maintenance and did such a great job that we hired them to install our AC. The process took from 8 AM to 5 PM, but they were thorough and clean with everything they had to cut and install.

Dominic was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely patient with me when I was upset about the original location to install did not work. He worked two days get the installation done and left the place spotless carrying all the trash out with him. I was extremely pleased with the service.

It started to get cold right before Thanksgiving and our furnace went out. Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC came out the next day to look at the unit, suggested replacing it, being that the unit was 25 years old, and was out two days later to install the new unit. Fair price and great service. Rob was great!
