Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC

We decided to go ahead with installation of an AC unit. Cliff and Todd did an excellent job. They did a walk through prior to the install, communicated with me around timelines and expectations and the actual install went on without a hitch. Great experience all around!

Excellent service. Kiel was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided options with no pressure for potential A/C installation and gave us information regarding our current furnace install and duct condition. Will definitely remain with Evergreen Eastside for future maintenance

You should be justly proud to have Michael as a member of your service team. He was a true professional. Starting with being right on time which today is unfortunately rare. He knew our issues and went right to work. He was quiet (my wife is recovering from surgery so this was particularly important) and efficient. Upon conclusion of his work, he explained in detail what he had done and demonstrated what we should do to maintain the system between his visits. He also warned us that our heat pump was likely approaching the end of its expected life. We can now anticipate and prepare for the expense of a replacement in the near future. We are impressed! Because of service like this, we will look to your company when that replacement is needed.

Rob and Ross arrived during the 1 hour time window I was given. They were courteous and professional, and got right down to work. It took them less than 5 hours to install our A/C unit. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they didn't sweep up the sawdust and insulation from the floor under where they drilled a hole in the wall. Other than that, they were great.

Jared, the electrician, came the next day. He and his partner were also courteous and professional. I was not given an arrival time for them, but they were able to complete the job by early afternoon. Jared tested the system and showed me the changes to my thermostat. I am pleased with their service.

I am glad to have purchase a Trane system and to have gone with this company. Rob, Dominick, and Jake did a fantastic job installing our new furnace and AC. This was a retrofit and required a lot of creativity in a tight space but they made it work. They showed up on time each day, and cleaned up well at the end of the project. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Jake also installed a ceiling fan for us which was rather involved with a high angled ceiling but he did a great job with it, even cleaned any fingerprints off the ceiling. I am rather selective. They answered my questions, explained everything well and did the job to my satisfaction.

The installers did an excellent job. They are experienced, professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. My house is mid-century and they were able to overcome the challenges installing A/C in an older home. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely recommend Eastside Evergreen Heat & A/C to others!

Rob, Dom, Jared and Ross helped replaced our old furnace and kept us warm during the cold days by teaching us how to turn on the gas fireplace which we never used! They are fun, friendly and excellent to work with. They arrived on time and cleaned up the work space after they finished with the work. Their craftsmanship is a work of art, the pipes, wiring, etc. Neat and clean! You won't regret having the team to help with your HVAC needs from Evergreen Eastside! Highly recommended !!

I had an appointment for them to do an estimate for heat pump and furnace installation. The guy named Jason came and called me, I pickup the phone and before I can say anything he just said "if you don't want to meet I don't have time either" and hang up. I called back a couple of times and he never pick up. I was so confused and not sure if he just made up his mind not to do this or what. I get it the AC companies are all very busy these days but really no reason to be rude. If this is the way the company treating it's customer then I'm happy I did not have a chance to go down the route with them.

Recently purchased a new furnace and heat pump. Ann provided a very competitive bid and helped us understand the process. Rob and his installation team did a great job, explained things well along the way and in general, provided excellent service. We are very happy with the result and love our very quiet heat pump!

We had a Mitsubishi ductless system installed on August 19, 2019. The crew was on time and did excellent work. We were informed about the progress throughout the day. We actually expected it to take two days but Evergreen sent a large crew, including an electrician, to get it done in one. We love the system and definitely recommend Evergreen if you considering one in your home!

I just had my Furnace replaced on Friday the 28th of Sept. I had such a great experience with the Tech Rob! He installed it diligently, helped me with my thermostat step by step directions. Then showed me how to replace my filter. This was much appreciated! He was very patient with me and my multiple questions about the furnace. I recommend this company and tech!
