Allred Heating Cooling Electric

We used Allred to repair and clean our dryer vent, which was leaking lint into the crawl space. Brandon was efficient and professional. He explained all our options to us, including doing nothing. He went over the costs and benefits of each option and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. I’m so impressed and definitely using Allred again in the future. Allred was recommended to us by our local appliance store, Lakewood Appliance.

I had Allred replacing my 20 year old furnace at home with a Daikin FIT heat pump system for heating and cooling. So far I am impressed about its quietness and stable temperature control. I can't wait until it gets hotter or colder so I can truely see the heat pump system's worthiness. The sales rep, Chris Scott, did a fantastic job going through the whole process. I basically chose Allred, because of his responsiveness for my never ending questions in emails and calls and also his attention to the detail. The installation crew was also very professional and on time in finishing the job in just a half day. Very efficient!

I highly recommend Allred to folks out there who are in search of getting cooling/heating system at their home.

Robert Garcia was early and enthusiastic. He actually taught me about my system and explained the importance of maintenance, especially since I have 2 cats. He was so friendly, helpful and fun!! Fantastic experience!!

They came right away. I was late :/ The technician was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very fast worker. Really could not have been better.

Brent, his helper, and the electricians whose names I can't remember, came out and really knocked it out of the park. We got a full furnace and A/C install done, and everything turned out great. I'd absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for similar services. The sales guy, Vence, and all of the office staff who helped along the way did great as well.

Great service. Chris came out and performed a tune up on my system. He was very thorough; he checked every thing in the furnace as well as the heat pump. He even checked the house for carbon monoxide while the furnace was running. This showed the care and compassion for my family.

Colton and Terry arrived on time to install new Trane HVAC system. The work was completed on time and cleanup was perfect. The electrician crew of Jesse and Matt provided the same. The instructions on operation of the new equipment was most helpful. Terry gave some extra advice on an existing potential problem in the home’s lower crawl space.

I had a great experience with Allred. My furnace went out and would not stay on. I called Allred to fix it. Eric from Allred came out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He immediately went through the thermostat and fixed settings that should never have been entered in the first place and told me what he was doing. Then he moved to the furnace and promptly diagnosed the issue and noted the proposed fix was covered in their typical maintenance service. He moved forward with the maintenance and we were back up and running. I highly recommend Allred!

Very kind and professional! I appreciated the tracking option so I could see how far away they were. They fixed up our AC unit quickly and efficiently!

Tech was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. He let me know there was something that needed to be done, but not at that time. After I told him I’d rather wait, he told me it’d be a $99 charge just to come back out, to which I decided to do it immediately. I appreciate the honesty.
