Tim, Zack, Bo and Josh were awesome installers. The complete installation only took 4 hours and we were up and running with our new heat pump cooling the house. I highly recommend Allred for HVAC systems.

The entire process was great from start to finish. Vence was very professional. He was able to work with me on a few last minute change requests. There were no surprises when the install team arrived. Communication with the Allred office team was perfect. They sent me a picture of my installer and his expected arrival time. Brent and his team were great also. Very courteous of me and my property. Install was very clean. I highly recommend Allred!

Eric was what I expect every technician to be…prompt, (arrival window was 8-12 and he showed up at 8 with a 7:30 heads-up), extremely courteous, and kept me abreast of what he was doing every step of the way. I was very impressed with Eric's our technicians knowledge. We were coming up on our one year warranty expiring. After multiple times having a different company come out he was able to find the programming error on our thermostat in about 10 seconds. I was so thankful he finally found the issue!! The techs that came out were both professional and kind! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work!!

Allred installed a new Daikin HVAC system at my house. They were polite, professional, on-time, cleaned up all messes, and did an absolutely stellar installation job. They truly take pride in their work, and there were no eye sores after they installed the new electrical components, system (new furnace, etc.).

After getting 3 quotes, they provided the best price, overall package (maintenance plan, warranty, etc.).

I do not hear the system at all, and the temperature remains 'perfect' in my house! I can't think of anything else that I could ask for from these guys. Thank you so much, Allred!!!

Overall experience was very good. Only one training area needed for improvement. Technical rep was apparently a newly hired staff person who was unaware that the product we wanted was not ordinarily provided by his company. However, the company made good in providing us with the product we wanted. Good job!

-Christian came out to give us an estimate on options for our heat pump, and unlike the company who installed our furnace, we weren't burdened with 'salesy' gimmicks like "oh wait, my manager just gave me permission to give you X discount if you say yes right now." He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and no-pressure.

-We received text and email notifications for all scheduling, which included photos of the people who were coming out to the house. Excellent communication left us with no questions or concerns.

- The install group was phenomenal. They were thorough and took the time to fix our previously installed 'not to code' ducting in the furnace room. They were clean, leaving absolutely no trace inside the house. The heat pump was installed on a level concrete pad and all the electrical and piping was installed flawlessly. There was a communication issue at the end of the install with my old furnace and the new thermostat to which the installers stayed to troubleshoot. They assured me they wouldn't leave until everything was up and running properly.

- Finally, I was assured that Allred requires all of their work to be inspected and approved by the city (which many of the big name companies don't require). City came by this morning and complimented me/Allred on the installation as well as the new coil they installed on my older furnace.

All said, couldn't be happier with this major purchase. Spending this kind of money on a major home project can bring on a little anxiety. Now that we have AC for the summer, will save money on heat in the winter, I'm so glad we decided to make this investment.
