Branden was knowledgeable, patient with each concern/question, great customer support. I had been dealing with the same issue since we received the unit and I felt heard today. My concerns were addressed/ temporary fixed until the problem could be totally fixed/repaired.

Travis Shields and his assistant installed our new air conditioner today. They were quick, neat and very helpful. Both were able to answer all my questions and provide me with options for future maintenance. Everyone I dealt with at Allred was professional and a joy to talk to. I will call them again when I need HVAC help.

Had our heater go out at night on a Friday. Gave Allred a call and they picked up immediately. They found a time that worked for our schedule to send someone out. Chris Castro was an amazing technician! He explained everything well and helped us feel we had made the right choice in calling Allred. I highly recommend Allred Heating & Cooling.

They installed a new HVAC in our educational wing of our new church (First Pentecostal Church of Bonney Lake) and did the duct cleaning in the sanctuary. They were very professional from the office personnel to the techs. Great experience! I would recommend them.

I've used Allred for a few services now -- new tankless water heater, duct cleaning and replacement, dryer venting, furnace inspection/servicing, and the latest, toilet installation. Each experience has been superb. The technicians are highly skilled and competent. They know what they're doing and do the job well. Prices are either on target or less expensive than other services as well. I highly recommend this company.

My first experience was with furnace troubleshooting due to a troubling smell. The technician said our furnace was working properly and recommended duct cleaning. The duct technician cleaned the ducts and replaced some rat-chewed ducts in the crawl space, then recommended a crawl space restoration due to rat damage. The Allred technician found a dead rat in our crawl space (the source of the smell) and disposed of it. We used another company for the crawl space restoration, as this isn't something Allred does.)The next Allred service was a tankless water heater replacement. We opted for the instant hot water option with a recirculating pump, and now our shower's water gets warm much faster.

One service Allred also does is plumbing. It's not advertised on their site, but if you call and ask for plumbing services, they'll also do it. The cost to install a toilet was about $350, which was $50 less than a competitive service I called. Their plumbers are fully licensed to do all residential plumbing. I asked why they don't list plumbing as a service on their site, and it sounded like they have plans to expand their offerings to include plumbing; they're just finalizing the list of plumbing services they will offer. This rounds out nearly all the services you could need in your home, making them a one-stop shop to get your house repair needs taken care of.

I feel like Allred's technicians do the job right. I'll continue to use them for all my HVAC + plumbing repair needs. They're professional and efficient. Even though they're Auburn-based, their service area includes Kent/Renton. They call to let you know when they're on their way, and they follow up with detail about the completed work. Amen to finding a good HVAC + plumbing service company that I can trust! I highly, highly recommend them.

As a final note, they also offer financing. When we got the new tankless water heater, it was about $6k, so we did financing for it. The financing provided 0% interest for an 18 month loan.

Eric was personable, professional and very nice. He took the time to look up multiple manuals to try and figure out what was wrong as well as told me different options I could take and clear steps to help fix my fire place.

I worked with then to repair a broken water heater. They were prompt in responding, showed up on time, explained the whole process and options really well, also provided suggestions on how i can improve the setup.
On the day on installation, I was kept informed on when the technicians were arriving which i really liked. Then once technicians ( Garett and issac) arrived, they explained the whole process and went over all the things which will be done once again. They work which they did was done very quickly, without any issues, worksite was clean and in better shape then it was before. In the end they again explained to me the whole setup.

Our technicians Ryan and Travis along with the rest of the team from Allred did a phenomenal job. Kind, courteous, professional and thorough in their work. Ryan and Travis answered all my questions and didn’t leave until everything was completed and done right. Very pleased and I’m already enjoying our new Daikin Fit heat pump system!
I also enjoyed working with Daniel S. who sold me the system. He was very professional and spent more time answering my questions than selling me which is why I chose Allred to begin with. Thanks again!

Not the cheapest place you will find but I’ve dealt with a lot of heating and cooling companies and I’m the most satisfied after dealing with Allred. They were professional, honest, and their work was top notch. Very happy with the heat pump they installed!

We had a power outage 2 weeks ago and our age back has not been working properly. We were at Lowe's and put in a A service request for somebody to come look at our unit. Chris from all red came out and did an amazing Bob. He was very knowledgeable and made my wife feel very comfortable explaining what he was doing while he was doing it
