Ashley and Matt arrived on time. I answered the door and was met with smiles and professional demeanor. They took time to listen to my description of our problem. Once I was finished they looked at our zone unit, assessed the problem and fixed it. Before they left we discussed the fix, areas of potential concern and some environmental issues that I was not aware of. My wife joined us for this short discussion and we were both left impressed with both their professionalism and genuine interest in making sure we were 100% satisfied with their visit.
Awesome! 8 years with our HVAC system. Multiple visits from different companies and never once this level of satisfaction. What a great experience. Thanks

Mike Calderon was our service worker. We gave him 6 stars out of 5. He was outstanding in all regards. On time, very friendly, informative, gave options, was extremely polite and very professional. We decided to change our service provider for ac, heating and Generac to Allred and become a dedicated customer. It's not always what a person says or does but how they make you feel. Mike should be considered an asset to your company, as he made us feel good.

Mr. Sean Harris, who came out for an estimate to install an air conditioner in our home, arrived exactly when he said he would and was professional throughout the entire process and explained everything to us in detail. The explanations he gave us for the air conditioner
installation made us trust him. I will definitely use this company for my air conditioner installation and will recommend them to my neighbors.
He's an honest, very honest person.

I know my system is hard to diagnose but it acted up after they came out. And now it won't cool when it's warm out. It works fine when they come and they just leave.

Updated: updating the review because in the fourth trip out he's finally got a diagnosis. Fingers crossed.

But still only 3 stars because I've don't have any hvac tech friends, regardless of location, let alone disgruntled ones. Reply that my case is unfortunately hard to diagnose or something, but don't make stupid up in your replies.

BTW, they've done great work in the past. It's just frustrating to have a misbehaving AC for months. And now it'll be hot out.

Brandon Pippenger came to my home today to clean the duct work in my home. He also fixed a problem that a previous technician from the week before had not handled. Brandon went out of his way to clean my electronic air filter that was not easy to access in my attic. No other technician had made sure it had been done. He is the most efficient technician I have ever had in my home. Allred should be very proud of this young man. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I considered cancelling my monthly service fee from past experiences until Brandon made me feel better about my decision to use Allred.

Chris Castro was our technician and did a wonderful job! He arrived on schedule, was conscientious about our home and keeping it clean, was thorough with his explanation of the work both before starting and after. The price was fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend this business and Chris. He knew his stuff and was an all around friendly person!

Just had our annual maintenance of the HVAC system for our home. The technicians were nice, knowledgeable, and walked the line between helpful and pitching us on new system. They provided great service, while giving enough information on future recommendations to improve/update our home's heating and cooling technology.

They put in a mini- split which provides heat in the winter and cooling in the summer🌞
Christian recommended the right set up for us. The technicians were great when they came out. Seattle codes are incredibly complicated so they did have to come back once to fix some drainage so that I would pass inspection. They also had to come back out to fix a minor leak but they were always very responsive, professional, and happy to come out ASAP. I wish I knew the two technicians who came out but I had already erased that text. I would highly recommend them!

The tech was likable and seemed to know his stuff. He told me he was the lead trainer on older systems. I now have doubts about that.
I hate to post negative reviews, but the business did not respond to voicemails I left, so here I am.
I had Allred do a review and maintenance on my system after buying a house. I told the tech the house had been sitting for a while and the system needed a thorough looking at since it had not been serviced in a long time. He failed to properly lubricate the blower motor or tell me to follow up on it in less than a year. 11 months later, it seized. The motor is not replaceable so I am in for an entire new system. He also failed to notice the condition of the wiring, which my new contractor pointed out was a complete fire hazard. Frankly, I am lucky to be alive and/or still have a house. I will go two stars since they seem to respond to online reviews and the people I talked with on the phone seemed nice and helpful.
