I had Allred come out and replace my sad old water heater with a tankless system. Michael ( Plumber ) was super amazing. He was friendly, polite and professional. The work done was outstanding and is working perfect. Liked his work so much I have more work scheduled by him soon.
The entire staff at Allred has been nothing but nice and helpful to me. I super appreciate having a company with such high quality work and friendly to work with!

Chris was very professional. He educated me on my gas fireplace and advised according to the necessary cleaning and upkeep. I would recommend Allred.

Updated 7/11/22. I’ve been very happy so far since becoming a monthly member for their hvac maintenance plan and today decided to have service done on my gas fireplace and Eric got to it bright and early today and got it running like new again. He was easy to talk to and answered every question I had about my fireplace. I also have been hearing about the air scrubber from Chris when he replaced my thermostat and after watching the videos they sent me and doing my research and also with Eric’s input on it decided to have one installed which Eric did and he explained to me how the system works and what to expect. Can’t wait to see the results of cleaner air in my house. Thank you Allred and Eric for your professional and timely service.

My furnace stopped turning on even after turning up the thermostat. I decided to call Allred since I’ve really been impressed with their service and promptness. They were able to schedule a technician to come in the next morning and Chris was very kind and knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem which ended up being that my 17 year old thermostat needed to be replaced. He gave me the best option for a replacement and replaced it promptly. He also explained about their membership option which I decided to try and I’m sure I’ll be satisfied for the year to come since it includes their yearly tune up and filters as well as discounts on their services. Thanks Chris and Allred for being reliable and an affordable option for my heating needs!

Purchased a $20k heat pump from them. It was installed incorrectly, they refused to come out and fix it or provide basic maintenance. We were told the quote would be corrected to include a static system and it was not. Left the furnace blower plugged in via an extension cord that ran from our crawl space through our dining room and told us we should have read the contract and the rest was our problem. Highly do NOT recommend.

Scheduled a service call via the website in an available open time slot. I took off the afternoon at work to accommodate the service call. Allred cancelled the appointment the day before the scheduled visit “no technicians that day”.

Lacking any courtesy for the client and the home.

- Didn't show up & rescheduled several times
- Subsequently called the same morning to show up at 8:30AM
- Furnace located in relatively crowded storage space (granted)
- Offered to help clearing / organizing space for them to work
- Instead, set things wherever they pleased and left a huge mess

Mess included metal shavings littered across the entire floor of the house without care for the cat clearly present, burying a laptop and other items on a nearby table with their materials, and using (crushing) a box of expensive wines as a chair for the entire job. Wish I would have noticed that.

Luckily, I left the original packing material in the box. Otherwise I might've been left with a pool of wine and broken glass as well. As someone with trade experience, I find it hard to believe they didn't have a spare 5-gallon bucket to use as a seat and their lack of respect for the space just baffling.

Ashley Long provided our last service from Allred and undid all the bad things I was saying when our heat pump was not heating our house. Ashley diagnosed the issue and stayed after to our maintenance got done and that everything was working perfectly. We were very pleased and will ask for Ashley by name next time.

Had my furnace checked since it wasn't blowing hot air and ended up needing to get it replaced. We went with Allred to install a great pump for the replacement and they've been super professional, friendly, and quick through it all. From the initial appointment to the final installation was only a week and though we already had plug in heaters, they offered us some to get us through the cold.

I had a very good experience witn AllRed. We have trouble with our furnace not producing any warm air. Called them that night and they were able to send someone early morning the next day. Someone came in and figured the problem, either fix it or change the whole unit. Since our furnace was very old I decided to just change it and on that SAME DAY it was changed to a whole new unit. It was a very pleasant experience, professional, fast and accurate.

Of course too early to say but hopefully will not have any issue in the near future *crossing fingers*

New Year's Day, 2022, our 30 year old gas furnace died. It was about 20 degrees outside, so the house got pretty cold pretty quickly. Not only did Allred provide us with a reasonable price for a new heat pump and gas furnace combo, they had the equipment in stock, and had heat going in the house within 3 days.
Amazon was able to get us a few space heaters to keep us going while we waited, and in every way, Allred exceeded our expectations. In the year since they installed our new Trane system, we've enjoyed quiet heat, quiet and effective cooling last summer, and an overall lower utility bill to boot. Standing next to our compressor outside, I can't hear it running over the neighbor's heat pump - I wouldn't even know ours was running except it's blowing air over the coils.

I'd highly recommend Allred - absolutely amazing service.
