They came to fix my AC, and charged me $800. Turns out the "technician" didn't do a full inspection and my compressor was out as well. They came back out to tell me it'll be about $2000 to fix the AC but since I already paid 800 they might be able to cut me a deal. That was over a week ago, I'm still waiting on my supposed "deal quote"

I've used Owens Heating & Air for a good number of years. They have performed seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system for at least the past 15 years and I have NEVER had an outage caused by system failure. They upgraded my duct system and HVAC unit after the life span of the original, under-performing builder unit was reached. They also replaced my water heater when I needed that work performed. I am very happy with the work they perform, the prices are fair, and their work is highly professional. They are also just great people & company to deal with!
