Greg came to our house to install our Google Nest after my husband and I had tried near about everything to troubleshoot it ourselves. He was courteous from beginning to end, friendly and very knowledgeable. He accessed our system under our house and determined that it was a simple switch of wires. The pricing was amazing, and I highly recommend Owens for any help regarding the Google Nest installation or troubleshooting thereafter!

Our technician Greg was amazing! We had a dead animal in our bathroom fan vent and not only did he remove it but he went above and beyond and cleaned up the mess for us afterwards. He was so kind and helpful. I honestly can not thank him enough.

This company is one of the very few companies that my husband would allow into our home which speaks volumes for someone that is able to do most of the work himself. We have had our entire system replaced, a mini split system added to a garage and regular serving, etc. I appreciate this company's work so much that I refer them to my clients on a regular basis because I know they will do a great job for everyone. They take time to explain the problem and what it will take to fix it. Repairs are done right the first time. Installs are done in a very efficient manner. I have used Owens for several years. From the very first phone call, I could not have had a better experience with this company. My condenser fan motor broke on one of the hottest days of the year in August, and after calling multiple companies Owens was able to fit me in the very next day - 2 weeks before any other company could! Chris and an additional technician were on time, honest and efficient. Chris was able to explain to me what was broken and what options were available to me to address this. They had the appropriate part with them in their van, they replaced it quickly and my air conditioner was back running within an hour. When it comes time to replace or repair any heating or cooling unit Owen’s will be the only company I use.
