Replaced my upstairs unit that I had been waiting for another company to repair for a month. Called Owens they came out checked for replacement, ordered the equipment and in a few days were here to install. Good people.

Used Owens for our yearly service. They did a great job at a reasonable price and explained what and why they were doing it. Will be relying on the Owens team on a regular basis.

I started using Owens Heating & A/C after being victimized by another company I use to rely on for my maintenance and repairs. Owens did follow repairs on a A/C condenser fan that failed after 1 year of service. They came out and replaced the failed motor with an OEM brand plus the start run capacitor which is good insurance for operator and longevity. Since the repair was done, I have NOT had any issues with this A/C unit. Plus, now my upstairs temperature stays 2 degrees cooler because. The replacement parts are properly matched for optimum performance. Owens has proven to be a competent and professional bussiness.

Owens fit us into their schedule on a Saturday when our furnace stopped heating from a frozen condensate drain. The tech totally knew what he was doing, and got us back to having heat on a very cold day.
