Williamsburg HVAC provided excellent service when responding to an emergency call this past Saturday. Their service tech, Brandon, solved the problem quickly and professionally. He provided some additional suggestions so that the problem could be avoided in the future. Would highly recommend their service.

These guys are great...they were very quick to respond and got us up and running again in hours in the middle of a pretty good heat wave. Seth was hard working and very knowledgable. Price was very fair and they seem to understand that gaining a loyal customer is a much better plan than a quick price gouge :) I wouldnt hesitate to call them again when its time to replace our unit!

Good customer service was once an expectation. This is no longer the case in this country. It has become the exception, not the expectation. I can’t begin to tell you all the experiences of poor or non-existent customer service my wife and I have had in the past year.
We firmly believe in supporting small business, which is one of the reasons we chose Williamsburg Heating and Air Conditioning to install our new HVAC system in February 2018. We could not have made a better choice. The customer service we have needed since its installation has been prompt and professional.
While on vacation this month, a neighbor monitoring our house informed us our air conditioning was not working. I called your company from Atlanta to get a service scheduled upon our return home. Your representative gave us an appointment time the morning after we arrived home.
The service tech, Seth Betler, arrived in the time frame window that we were given and immediately conducted a diagnostic evaluation of the system. He discovered the AC compressor shorted out. He told us the compressor had to be replaced and would be covered under the warranty. Our first question was, “When do you think it can be installed?” He told us that Williamsburg Heating and Air Conditioning did not keep compressors in their parts inventory and he would need to get one from the distributor in Newport News. He made a phone call and found out that the distributor did not have one in stock. He said they would have to order one from the factory in Arkansas and it would not be here for 5 or 6 days. He would call when it arrived to schedule the installation. Needless to say, we were frustrated that we would be without air conditioning in 90-degree temperatures for 5-6 days.
Customer service is a priority at your business! Within 90 minutes of leaving our house, Seth called to say that after making numerous phone calls, he had located a compressor in Elizabeth City, NC. In addition, he convinced the supplier to meet him half way to deliver the compressor and he would have it installed at our house that same afternoon. In today’s world, that is INCREDIBLE customer service.
In our eyes, the sign of a smart CEO is the quality of people with which he surrounds himself to make a successful business. Seth Betler was a great hire and I recommend that he be named employee of the year!!
Mr. Johnson, we plan to tell this story to everyone we know and sing the praises of Williamsburg Heating and Air Conditioning, as it is well deserved.

Hunter Pitts was an excellent technician and completed the job in a timely manner. He got here within the hour. Thank God too, because our house was so hot I was worried about our baby. He checked EVERYTHING even though he called what the fix was before he even started working. He showed me what he was doing step by step and made sure I was taken care of. It is really nice to see a man who clearly takes pride in his work. I will definitely recommend this company and be sure to ask for Hunter.

Very happy with my service. My technician came out the same day as my call, and was able to diagnose and repair my system in the same visit. My heat had been running non stop on the cold days and barely keeping up, it now works properly, and I have no doubt I will get back the service fee in reduced running costs in just a month or two. That’s money well spent.

A few years back I had these guys repair my old HVAC. After a few years of nursing it along, I had them install a new HVAC. They did a superb job. They have been checking out the system (for free) as part of the installation....This month the free inspections ran out. I requested they send someone out and check the system for the winter. They sent 'Sid' who was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his candor. Also, I'll say these guys have never tried to sell me something I didn't really need. I trust them - you can trust them.
