WHAC was recommended by a friend, and I see why. Quick, friendly, reasonably priced. We had a problem with our heat not coming on, but the darned thing worked fine when the tech showed up (figures). Undaunted, he dug into the system and corrected/improved anything that might have caused the problem, and instructed us to call him back when/if the problem recurred. It hasn't, thanks to Derek.

Very professional company in Williamsburg Heating & Air Conditioning. Mitchell was excellent and kept me in the loop the entire process with systems checks and repairs to our Heat Pump. Highly recommend Williamsburg Heating & Air.

Seth (who has serviced our units before) was friendly and very efficient. We have 2 heat pumps and he checked them at the same time.

Mitch came by on time and always pleasant and professional. He explains everything I need to know and answers all my questions. They always send a reminder to schedule service, which is a big help.

Our experience was great! We had a slight emergency call and the tech was prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed us right up. The tech also ran through our system for anything else that might need attention and was very transparent in everything he did. He didn’t try to upsell us and I felt the price was very fair for the services and time spent. Very satisfied with our experience and we will use them again in the future.

I honestly really loved this company prior to my experience today. All the technicians and Kayla have always been amazing to work with. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding today which led to me speaking with the owner Brian. This conversation had at least 2 moments where Brian insulted my intelligence and my “common sense”- his words. I was taken aback by this as I have always enjoyed working with this company. I was anticipating using them for a complete system replacement. I am sure if someone spoke to Brian’s wife or daughters about their “common sense” like he did today to me he would not be happy. He lowered the amount I had to pay, which is appreciated but I what wasn’t appreciated was the number of times I was insulted during the call in a passive aggressive manner with my “common sense”.

He tried his best but the maker of the product got in the way of satisfying my needs. I will continue to try and contact the supplier. of the thermostat. So far they are recorded messaging only.

The technicians do the servicing as efficiently as possible and they’re also considerate enough to take a long-run perspective and to anticipate future problems.
