Someone called me back the same day to schedule repair for my AC. I only waited 2 days, which was way better than the two week wait from another company. The service guy was prompt, polite, and professional. He wore booties and quickly told me the thermostat was the problem. He checked out the system inside and out. My only complaint is the charge of $200 for a non-programmable thermostat. They won’t install one that you bought. If your thermostat screen goes blank, and you’ve changed the batteries and checked the circuit breaker, try installing one of your choice first.

Engaged them for a 3 year maintenance and service contract to take away the worrying and planning of the upkeep of our 2 heating and air conditioning system. Very reasonable pricing and initial visit was scheduled that day for the following Monday. Technician ( Brenan ) arrived on time as scheduled. I can't say enough how thankful I am for this business. Our HVAC went out on a Friday night of a 3 day holiday weekend. After learning that our home warranty just expired we scrambled on Saturday morning making calls to find someone would would come out and take a look at it. Chris called me back within 15 minutes and showed up at the beginning of the time window he had given. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Throughout the appointment he was so nice, and extremely patient with our howling hound dog while also being super informative about our HVAC system and what we should be doing to maintain it as first time home owners. I can't say thank you enough, you absolutely made our day and we're so appreciative.
