We have relied on Williamsburg Heating & Air for many years. When we decided it was time to replace our current system, we contacted them. Someone came out the same day to do an evaluation and give us a quote. A fair price combined with positive previous experiences convinced us they were the right choice. The installation was scheduled and completed the following week. They showed up a few minutes early, were respectful and professional, and did a great job. They came back in a week to inspect the system and make sure all was well. We are very happy!

We moved to Williamsburg in September of 2022, so 2023 was our first summer on the peninsula. The previous homeowners left almost no information about the HVAC system. Ryan Homes had incorrectly labeled the heating/cooling ducts. Our second floor was several degrees hotter than the first. Also, based on the questionable condition of the house when we took over (though it was only 4 years old), we doubted the original owners had performed routine maintenance. We scheduled a system inspection and cleaning online. Seth called when he was 10 minutes out and arrived at the scheduled time. He cleaned and inspected our system, reset the dampers, and recommended changes in our climate settings. The upstairs is now much more balanced with the first floor and the HVAC system is running well.

I had a technician named Seth. He was very informative, honest and friendly. He repaired my capacitor for my AC unit and by just having his service I would most likely be using Williamsburg, heating and air-conditioning in the future.

I needed to have significant replacement work done. Everything was on time, and completed ahead of schedule. Very professional and skilled at the work performed. I could not be happier with the results. Thanks Williamsburg Heating & Air Conditioning!

Once again, Scheduling was very convenient. Our technician, Derek, was FABULOUS!!!!! He called us to let us know of his anticipated arrival time. He arrived on time, was polite and courteous, very efficient, and explained everything he did and provided feedback on our system. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best, I would rate him an 11!!!!! We purchased our heat pump units from Wmbg Heating and Air in 2006 and our preventative maintenance with them has been great and we will continue with their service.

From start to finish, all the people I dealt with were professional and very efficient. Derek, who made the initial visit, sent me the estimate and walked me through the details in a manner that “non-technical me” could understand. The installers came promptly at 8am and were done by 2pm. All very respectful and left
The place clean. Derek came by at the end of the day to review the work and install the smart thermostat. He explained how to use it along with the phone app. Even through the rebate process, Kayla at the office was very quick to respond to my request. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. And yes, I did call them again for my sister’s HVAC issue the day following my installation. They were there within the hour and resolved her problems. She was very happy with the service too.

Shout out to Williamsburg Heating and Air Conditioning (yay Derek!) who came out WHEN they said they would to fix a problem, discovered what the real problem was and fixed that! Loved them two years ago when they fixed an HVAC mess made by another company (yay Seth!) - love them more now. I’ve found myself a great company and recommend them highly.100⭐️

Ive used Williamsburg heating and air several times, they are always on time, very professional and do top quality work, recently i called at 7 a.m. about a problem i was having with my heat pump, they were at my house by 8:15 had it diagnosed and gone a short time later. i will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend to others.
