Great company to do business with! Very honest and thorough. We made the mistake of calling the company listed on our thermostat when our AC wasn't working and was overcharged a tremendous amount and told we needed a new system when our system is only 7 years old. Austin came out today and did a full maintenance inspection and sure enough, our system is fine. We don't need a new system. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable about his company and the products that they offer. We are so confident in doing business with this company that we signed up for a 3-year maintenance contract.

Williamsburg Heating and air did an amazing job. Hunter and Charlie removed and installed a complete system with a google nest thermostat and did it in one day without disturbing our daily routine and interacted with our Alaskan Malamute Lucy who tried to assist them or maybe just giving her opinion. All the guys were very professional and worked continuously until the project was completed. We were not without AC for very long and Lucy remained comfortable during the process.
