Vernon The Heating & Cooling Specialist

I called and scheduled an appointment for initial diagnosis for $139. The Technician diagnosed the problem and said the company would get back to me with a quote to replace the fan motor, thermostat and circuit board. I waited ~ 10 days and contacted the technician again and he said he would see that it was done. A week later nothing. I tried contacting the technician two more times another week later and left a message with the company -nothing. Customer service isn’t hard if you communicate!!

Now I see why they have so many 1-star ratings. Go elsewhere.

Malik performed a complete system review to determine the root problem and explained his approach during the process. Excellent service and very satisfied with his input. Unfortunately, a system only lasts so long and we exceeded the standard by 5 years.

Thankful for my maintenance contract with Vernon and the top notch repair service performed by their technician Parsa who quickly found/solved the problem and got my AC system back up and running properly.

Our experience with the Vernon Heating and Cooling has been very positive from scheduling/rescheduling our appointment with their office to the technician’s visit at the house. They text you with the appointment reminders and let you know in advance what time they are coming. The staff is courteous, professional and helpful. The technician was very knowledgable and didn’t try to push unnecessary equipment or services. I recommend this company without any hesitation.

Very pleased with service from Vernon. HVAC tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Explained what he discovered and made recommendations to improve life of system. Will utilize Vernon again for my next service call. Great job.

Why are these parts so cheaply made? Forcing the homeowner to replace them far too quickly at an expensive cost.

The technician who came out (Malik) was wonderful. On time. Respectful and professional as well as very personable. Did a great job and even explained the annual maintenance program, which I signed up for as it’s a good deal. Will definitely use this company in the future.
