"We had been looking for a medium size, light weight camper trailer online, and came across the DoddRV advertisement.

We were looking shopping online for a light weight with separate bedroom and slide outs. We looked at Dood Rv's web site and found several that the floor-plans looked like what we wanted. We went to the Portsmouth dealership and were looking at all the units that looked like what we had in mind when Robert came out and showed us several and the Windjammer just hit us as perfect. The unit had a floor plan we really liked so we offered a price. At first we were not where we thought we should be but Jennifer worked with us and we came to an agreement. You can deal with Dood RV and we feel we were treated fairly. Robert offered what we felt like was a good price and we now have a nice tow-able new home away from home.
Robert was great to work with and helped us by getting it all put together. Jennifer was great to us and we enjoyed working with her. Jennifer put together a really nice package for us with some nice camping extras.
James, our walk through Tech was great. Even though we have owned travel trailers in the past, he explained everything about the Windjammer. The Windjammer was new and James made sure that everything was clean and working the way it was supposed to work. He explained all the workings of the new equipment. Robyn in the store made sure we had everything we needed for us to go camping. Very helpful and not at all pushy.

My thanks to Robert, James, Robyn and Jennifer and all the staff at Dood Rv. It was a pleasure doing business with them..

Visited the RV show in Virginia Beach and saw a motorhome we liked. Went to visit Greg at the Yorktown dealership and liked what we saw. Got home and checked Dodd's web site and found another motorhome we liked as well. Greg worked his magic with some numbers on both units and we decided on a 2014 Georgetown 335 DSF! Great deal, great price and a "Forever Warranty" that no one else offered. Our dream RV, peace of mind warranty and a great RV dealership. Thanks Greg & thank you Pete for the excellent walk-through!

I was in Italy and found the perfect camper at the right price. Scott and the team made it so easy to get answers and the help I needed to buy my camper, even though I was out of the country. All the things I heard about Dodd's was true and that's why I pick them and you should too.

How do they have a 4.4 rating on Google? Horrible customer service including owner Jennifer. Does not return phone calls when you have purchased their extra service agreement. A 6 year nightmare dealing with them for a Thor Class C product. Penning letter to Thor about this organization Horrible maintenance department & Service Department Unknowledgeable. Avoid this company! You will have regrets if you buy from them.

My wife and I had a posititve expierience in purchasing out newest RV. The entire staff from RV Sales, to the service technicians were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product and what we could expect from our unit in the future.

This is undoubtedly the best RV dealership in Virginia ! Great sales people, service ,and parts, and prices. I will return again and again. It was the best Vacation investment I could make for my Family!

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I went to the parts department to get some stuff for my trailer and they were able to guide me on what products I needed. They even carried my chosen products to the cashier.

Great selection of campers and most helpful in helping us decide on what we wanted. Amazing consumer service. Drew’s is our to-go guy.

Poor oversight. Had roof replacement due to tree crashing through roof. Almost double the cost of factory replacement. When I got the call to pick up the RV, the interior was hanging down, insulation showing, ducktwork. A mess. They never looked inside to see if the work was done. Amazing. Contracted it out and didn't pay attention. Never inspected the job. Must be family, no one really has to work much. It's been a season now. Today, when replacing deteriorated vents, noticed a tear in the new material. It's much thinner than the factory original, much weaker. We specifically discussed the material being heavy duty. Total crap work. Use them at your own risk.

I went online to look at the inventory of campers.I wrote 4 of the stock numbers down and went quite a distance to get there from where I live. The Salesman informed me they must have been sold. That is very negative way of doing business.Wonder how many potential customers they have lost because they advertise good deals on trailers and the trailers aren't even there.### AND THE SALESMEN SAYS WELL THEY MUST HAVE BEEN SOLD###OK WELL MR BUSINESS MANAGER YOU SHOULD HAVE A RESPONSIBLE PARTY TASKED WITH REMOVING THE LISTING FROM THE INVENTORY AND WEB SITE WHEN THE TRAILER IS SOLD.THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER ( IN MY CASE) TRAVELLED A PRETTY GOOD DISTANCE ( TIME AND FUEL) TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS ALL FOR NOTHING.###DONT THINK I WILL GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
