Tommy Garner Air Conditioning and Heating

Very courteous and professional service technicians. They replaced my hot water heater. Their work was impeccable and they answer all my questions and concerns. They also do my annual maintenance.

I recently signed up for the seasonal service that Tommy Garner offers and had a great experience with our technician Will. Will came out first thing in the morning, was very polite, and was very thorough in his examination of our unit. He also thoroughly communicated his findings and recommendations with us before the end of the service. I will definitely be scheduling another seasonal service in the spring with Tommy Garner!

Technician named David got here in a timely manner during the holiday weekend and was very professional and knowledgeable of equipment.
But after 1 business day I had to call to find out about the part then it took another full day to send the quote. On top of that the part still had to be ordered (1-3 days). Decided to go with someone else at that point.
David was great though.

The AC went out yesterday and it has been a MISERABLE 24 hours but I called Tommy Garner just a couple hours ago, the technician came and fixed it already answering any questions I had. 10/10 will call again.

Based on great recommendations from friends at church, I called Tommy Garner Inc. this morning to replace a hot water heater. Their estimator came at 9am and Jaime the technician at 11. The installation was completed in a few hours. Jaime was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and left the job site immaculate. My wife was thrilled to be able to shower so soon after calling TGInc. Thank you.

Amazing service. They even send hand written thank you notes. The gentlemen in my home were kind and respectful and very careful to not make a mess. I am deeply impressed. Customer for life.

It was Christmas Eve. Very COLD. I had just moved to the area and they not only answered the phone but they responded and came within an hour. Fixed our heat so we could keep ourselves warm and pipes from freezing. We have some work we want to do soon and they are definitely who we will use. Best service ever.
