A/C stopped working because of leak in outdoor coil. Jeff from Art Newsome arrived at exactly the time he was scheduled for and found the leak. He REPAIRED the leak, tested, evacuated and recharged the system.
He was polite, very knowlegible and made me feel that he was looking out for my needs as well as those of his employer.

Jeff Golberding did a great job repairing my air conditioning on May 31,2016. He diagnosed the problem and replaced a capacitor on the fan motor. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem without delay!

The lady on the phone was nice and that was about it. She told me I would receive a call letting me know a time they would be out to look at unit. That was at 7 am. It’s 130pm and still no call. Granted it is a Sunday but don’t offer emergency services if you can’t provide them.
