Everybody I have dealt with at ANI provided outstanding service - from the over-the-top patience of Jim McManus, who was extremely knowledgeable and provided an in-depth look at comparing the replacement efficiencies of different systems fitting my home, to the tech team of Will and Austin installing my replacement system, withstanding a barrage of questions from me during installation, and patiently explaining the performance issues on both the heat pump and air handler replacement. In the past year ANI has replaced both a downstairs HVAC system, and an upstairs heat pump system in our home. A couple of glitches were identified with the installations. ANI promptly fixed them, and also identified a deficiency in my installed ducting for the heat pump system which they improved at no cost to me. Fast response and an obvious desire to do the right thing. They made a totally positive impression on me.

Had a new system installed a couple of months ago, and had a small issue with the thermostat this weekend. ANI was very attentive to my needs, both with the installation and with this service visit. The staff on the phones are always kind and caring, and understanding when you have an issue. They scheduled me quickly and sent tech Keith to help me out. He was very professional and kind, and got things done efficiently and quickly. Because of the warranty that came with the new system, this service was free of charge to me.
