Outstanding service! Had a very unique issue with my HVAC but Brandon S. was able to figure it out. He’s very confident with his work and took his time so we wouldn’t be without heat over the holidays. Above and beyond great service, I definitely recommend.

Mike Polston came out to fix our air conditioner when it stopped working on a Sunday night. While it was not a blistering hot day, my 18 month old had been sick with a fever and my approx. 70 year old parents were visiting from out of town , so it was a bad evening to be without air! Mike was able to quickly and efficiently identify and fix the problem, explaining all the details to my husband and I so that we could understand everything. He was exceedingly polite and patient through the entire visit. He also explained the option to sign up for his company's service contract very clearly without doing a high-pressure sales pitch. We felt like we had made an informed decision when we decided to sign up for the service contract at the end of the visit. I could not have asked for better service on a Sunday night!

The Technician arrived on time to repair our A/C in our Sun Room. He was polite and evaluated the system problem and determined there was a small Freon leak. He explained the best fix was to add "Stop Leak" to the Freon charge. If the Stop Leak additive did not work ANI would refund the cost of the additive and apply it to the following repair. A very fair offer. The A/C has been running fine ever since. I HIGHLY recommend ANI to all my friends. Their repair trucks are orange and have seen them all over town. Up close though, wear sunglasses :) They are excellent technicians, kind, well mannered. "Six Star" rating! - M. Spohn

I've already recommended Art Newsome Inc. (ANI) to my my Buddy Terry who asked me for a reference... The tech will be at their home Friday (8-2-2019), to fix their A/C problem. Terry told me he had another there that didn't get it done right. I told my buddy ANI would get it straight.

I care about my friends, and I would never, ever... give a bad reference. The ANI technicians know EXACTLY how to fix these HVAC machines!

I've been really impressed with ANI in my dealings with them - they've always struck me as professional, courteous, and fair. Installers stayed on site for 13 hours during my install date to get it all completed in a single day. The next time I need HVAC service, they'll be my first call.

It is my pleasure to write this review for James. James has serviced our ac/heating units for a couple of years now. He always arrives on time, or early, and prepared to do the job to completion. James always has a kind greeting, with a smile and a handshake. His work is thorough and concise. He always takes his time, never in a rush, and asks if there are any issues on which he needs to focus. Upon completion, he offers a detailed summary of what he did, any issues that he feels needs further attention, and he resets all settings as they were upon arrival. We always ask for James to do our tune-ups, and we will continue to do so. James is a real asset to Art Newsome, Inc. We look forward to him servicing our ac/heating needs for a long time to come.

I called Art Newsome today because our AC was not working and they had someone out without in the hour. Mike and Austin were great and knew exactly what was wrong when they walked in. They offered options and had what they needed in the truck! We are happy and cool again!
