Repair person said there was a leak in my Ac unit but he couldn't find it. Instead of just putting some kind of leak sealant in the unit. He put refrigerant. 3 months later dead again. With the $900.00 dollars I wasted I could have just bought window units or put that toward a new system.

Wayne and his technicians were a class act from beginning to finish. They were able to come out same day, assess the situation on a tenant occupied property and resolve the issue within 24 hours. The compressor had gone out in one of the units and he was able to order and have installed by next day! As a real estate agent and property manager, it is hard to find quality contractors whose are efficient and dependable. On Time was both. He had our tenants up and running in no time!
