Upstairs unit went down. Company went out of its way to fit us into their schedule. Showed up early, kept us abreast of what was going on with the unit. Got it fixed quickly and gave detailed explanation of parts needed and work completed!!! Outstanding service.

Called at 9am for ac repair. The guys were at my house at 10. They quickly found and repaired the leak and had my ac running within an hour. Up front with the price and good quality work. My new go to for hvac

Called them out to check my AC unit. They said it wasn’t low on Freon and didn’t know what was wrong with it. $90 fee for that. I called another company who actually checked my coolant and saw it was low. I called this company back to check it out again. After the window for them to be here passed I called them and they said they had to reschedule for next week. Ironically not on time.

Also yes, it was raining. That hasn’t stopped any other HVAC service from coming out or at the very least giving me a call so I’m not waiting around for nothing .

The guys from On Time were outstanding! My AC went out in the middle of the night. So I started calling around to have it diagnosed. On Time came recommended by a neighbor. They were here fast and confirmed that I would need a new AC unit. They gave me a great deal on a new unit and then got started the next morning. They were very professional and kind and they did an amazing job installing the AC. I highly recommend on time and will definitely be using them for all of my heating and air needs.

We had our heat system go out shortly after a snow storm. We called several places trying to get service quickly, some we could only leave a voice-mail and others said all we could have was 4 days out. When we called On Time they answered and tried to help us over the phone. When that wouldn't work Wayne came out later that day and got the system partially working until he could get some parts and fully repair it the next day! Wayne and his associate were both very polite and professional, they are our go to when we need any future HVAC service.

Made appointment on-line, they confirmed in less than 60 minutes, confirmed appointment by text the morning of, and showed up and completed the job within the scheduled time window.
