A technician by the name of George just came to our house and he could not have been more friendly, competent and professional. He called and asked if he could come by early, was able to fix our broken sink very quickly. He was also very nice and kind to my dog. A friend recommended B.L. James & Sons last year and we've now used them three times. Each time has been great.They are now our go-to plumber. Highly recommend for the value, efficiency and customer service.

Chris at the front office was responsive and made it easy to schedule an appointment. Aaron was the tech that came out who was on time and prepared. We had our two large units checked at our commercial facially. Aaron not only replaced belts, filters, and other small items, but found a leak in our system that was quickly address & we are back in business. They are now scheduled for the next 5 years for routine maintenance. Thank you BL James

We have used this company exclusively for the past 2 years to install a new AC unit and also service plumbing issues and installing a sump pump. They are always on time, clean, so friendly, and professional. One technician George took the time to explain as he worked the entire process of installing a sink to my husband who learned a new skill he felt unsure to do on his own. We have been thrilled with the experience every time we’ve needed them and their emergency next day services are a lifesaver. We will never use anyone else! Love this company!

Chris at the front office was super helpful in getting my annual maintenance scheduled. Aaron was the technician and was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. While performing the maintenance, he also mentioned that he could install a new NEST thermostat in place of my old thermostat. He was on time, worked efficiently, and very professional. In addition, BL James & Son was the most competitive of the quotes I received for smart thermostat installation. I will be using BL James & Son for all of my future HVAC & Plumbing needs.

I needed to replace my AC unit pretty quickly. They came out on Monday, Robert gave an overview of the process and sent me a competitive quote almost immediately ($3k lower than the last company), and by Thursday afternoon the install was completed! Jose was incredible with the install, great communication the whole day and went out of his way to get me new filters for the system. I'll be a return customer to take advantage of all services!

I highly recommend B.L. James & Son, specifically Jorge. Jorge was incredibly professional and personable. He was able to schedule an appointment incredibly quickly and kept me updated on when he would be arriving. Upon assessing a broken toilet he gave clear recommendations and detailed next steps. He was even able to come back to install a new toilet just a few hours later! He was both quick and thorough in installing the toilet, triple checking that everything was working correctly before leaving. He also addressed some more minor plumbing concerns during the same appointment. Working with Jorge was a stress free experience and I would certainly recommend reaching out to him for any mechanical issues you need taken care of!
