Outstanding service! George and Aaron gave 110% to get my very old boiler repaired. They were efficient and detail oriented throughout the installation, troubleshooting, and full system check to make sure all radiators and heating registers were working. Also answered questions and provided great information when I asked for recommendations on a system update, since my very old boiler is about ready to retire. I look forward to working with BL James and Son in the future.

Jose and Robert and the crew once again did an awesome job. I’ve used these guys umpteen times now for both home and rental units. I priced this job around, too, and they still had the best price for a new heat pump. You won’t regret hitting them.

Respectful, efficient, and super friendly, Santos and Diego were the epitome of what you want in any kind of matienence you need in your home. They installed our new a/c unit faster than estimated, were on time, and super polite and respectful of our home. George and his crew hauled away my old dead water heater and replaced it with a new tankless version. They also re-routed the humidifier/ac condensate line and installed a new pump. All in one day (they stayed late).
The work was done quickly and professionally and the crew supervisor, Robert, was on hand to make sure all went well and kept me informed. BL James & Son’s customer service is excellent (Ashley was always quick to respond and helpful) and their price was the lowest. I will use them again.

Robert and his team were timely, professional, clean and capable. We have had several well regarded companies (large and small) come out to our house, which has a very complicated series of different heating and cooling systems, but Robert and his team have been the most capable. They installed a new heat-pump, new thermostat and other related work, and we have been very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. We had a tough job to replace a broken down 19 y/o air handler and a rooftop heat pump in a hi-rise condo, complicated by having to move the heat pump through a narrow door and then lift it up an 11-foot ladder to a second tier. From quote to install was less than a week. Every other quote told us 2-3 weeks just to get units, but this company keeps stock on hand and they were ready to go.

The guys that came were super friendly, punctual, and they got the job done. They even sealed and insulated the HVAC cabinet to help make it more efficient.

Totally recommend using BL James - 5 star job all the way. Ask for Santos and Jose and Aaron, who kept us updated during the install and busted their butts to make it just right.
