    First appointment went fine - answered the phone and showed up on time. However, needed a part that needed to be ordered. Now I can't get them on the phone to check on the part or reschedule for them to actually fix the issue. They also speak very little English and can't really understand your questions beyond their script.

    They came out to look at my air condition referred from AHS. They took 2 hrs just to say I need a control panel. And then said they had to order the part tech said it would be about 2 days didn't hear from them for 5 days until I called them they stated they still looking for the part they will not answer the phone and when you ask to speak to the manager or whoever's in charge they would never put them on the phone. Rip off company stay away. Will be suing this company. They should not be in business to rip people off

    COMPANY FULL OF LIARS
    Didn't have AC in the house for 10 days. They came out and said they'll schedule another appointment to fix everything. They never called or scheduled anything. When I called them they said "the technician said everything was working fine when he left" OH REALLY?? Wouldnt give me back a refund and scheduled me 1 week out. This company is full of liars and scammers and they just dont care.

    Never, never, never use this company. My warranty company sent ATR to repair my AC. They came to my home 4 different times over 2 months using 3 different technicians. Didn't diagnose the problem correctly or ever repair the system. Had to get another company to come fix their mess.

    Do not let American Home Shield use this company for HVAC needs. This company is unresponsive. You cannot get on the phone with a supervisor; they claim there isn’t one in the office. They had to come in to fill 8lbs over frion and only came with 1lb. We waited almost a week for them to come back with the other 7lbs that we already paid for and still no one could compensate. They are not there to help. And neither is American home shield.

    I echo the sentiments of previous posters.STAY AWAY from this company.

    1st visit, supposedly finds and fixes a leak and replaces freon, just outside of 30 day window freon out again. so ANOTHER $100 to AHS and we are still waiting +1Wk for them to submit a diagnosis for an easily identifiable ac problem in 85 degree temperature! Unacceptable!

    BTW: American Home Shield just lost a customer for continuing to use some a horrible company. If I were you I would stay away from them too. $200 + $400 worth of freon all because of AHS' use of ATR. HORRIBLE

    This company is beyond a scam. It has been well over a month since I was initially told do use them to fix the heater in my rental property. To this date nothing has been done to fix the problem and they are completely unresponsive to voicemails

    Before you even deal with this company who has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, stay clear of dealing with them. I have also just like others filed a complaint with AHS to te-evaluate their contract with them! Lack of professionalism, lack of completing assigned job in a timely matter, lack of Customer service. Lacking on many levels except receiving payment and using every excuse in the book to take their sweet time to complete the job! ASK FOR ANOTHER CONTRACTOR- days shorts of a month till they can install the HVAC and has been a very painful process for both the customer and AHS! A big joke for a contractor- SHADY practices! I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.

    They were sent out twice by my home warranty company. The first time, the guy stayed for 5 minutes and only checked the outside unit. The second time, the guy checked the outside and inside unit. Both stated nothing was wrong even though my thermostat was set to 72 and it was 80 degrees in my house. I complained to the warranty company who sent another company who correctly diagnosed the issues as the need for a new compressor.

    They were sent by AHS. After three electricians and one HVAC contractor from last August to May 2021; ATR came in on the first visit and said we can fix your system. ATR sent technicians that were pleasant, knowledgeable and on time. This is my experience with them; someone else has the right to think differently. I have a working HVAC and that is what matters.
