    We did a bathroom remodel. i give a 2 star rating because their sales reps are lairs. They promise concerns and with a job and the techs/installers are not licence to do what was requested. we needed our bathroom to be vented to be able to work on it per Utah Requirements. we also wanted an out let installed and when they get in they say "we are not able to to do that i'm not a electrician." you ask for them to get an electrician to come out and do whats requested and they say they do not have one. so they are dishonest.

    We experienced a noisy but necessary replacement of our entire roof. It looks great but it hasn't rained or snowed yet and I have trust that we'll still be dry! Personnel were respectful and took time to answer my questions.
    Only minor problem I found was a half dozen small pieces of roofing materials scattered in bushes, window wells and tree limbs. NBD

    The only issue we had was with the communication between the product in team and us. We didn't really ever know when our hvac was being installed till the day before and after I called. Other than that, the sales guys were awesome and the install team was amazing.

    Hired Sears for siding. First "contractor" sent was a husband and wife that didn't speak English. Long story short stupid Mexican didn't know what he was doing, didn't even finish what was on the contract. Then Sears sent another contractor to "fix" the problems, he did what he could on the shoe string budget Sears sent him on. Very dissatisfied!

    We purchased our AC and updated our electrical in our home. It was not completed until 2 months AFTER we had closed and paid for the services and materials! Major communication breakdown between the contractors, Sears, scheduling, etc.
