The other night our secondary power line to our home went out causing a power surge to our house. We didn't realize until the next night when we got home that our air conditioner was not working, and by that time our house was miserably hot. I caller Harris Aire Serv and they had technicians out within an hour, at 9 PM at night. They were friendly and efficient, explaining to us what was wrong with the air conditioner and that it was caused by the power surge. They even left the fried part with me so that we have it as proof when we place a claim for reimbursement against the power company. We will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to friends and family.
Harris is my go to heating and air company. I love that they give you options and not try to sell you. Everytime I have worked with a tech they tell me best and worse case scenarios and walk me through everything. Todd is awesome, made a few tweaks and was on his way, saved us $. Thanks Harris!
Very responsive after hours but beware I was not only significantly over charged for a motor, it was never even installed. Technician stated- " 3 times the air movement and 3/4 larger" .... my home is still 90 degrees I have small children and an elderly grandmother all of which are facing dehydration for the last week... thanks for taking my hard earned money aire serv
We really love the service from Harris Aire! They are dependable, courteous and really perform well under pressure (regardless of the heat or cool issues they are addressing). I would definitely recommend them in any case -- every time!

Came out within 2 hrs. of being called. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Oh did I mention was the second hottest day of the year 103. If I have any other issues these guys are the first ones I'll call.
The technician knew exactly what to do and was able to completely rewire my thermostat to furnace connection with minimal intrusion into the existing sheet rock. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of the Ecobee smart thermostat! Hal Meyer
this guys are deceitful and can lie to you when you need service so my advise is get a second opining and don't worry about their service call fee $89 cus i promise you you will save more than you think. I called Aireserv for my furnace and it was pressure pressure pressure do it right now as they want to charge me $1300 to fix a switch which just needed service and when i decided to call for a second opinion i was looking at $630 and even when Gunthers showed up they found out that there was nothing wrong and the system had stop working due to the power outrage and didn't even need any parts.so eithe ryou avoid calling them or if you do please get a second opinion
