Not only were the technicians courteous, thorough and friendly, but the AC unit cost less than I thought it would! The guys had to take the sliding glass door out because the unit had to come through the house and the opening wasn’t wide enough. They were careful and methodical, and treated my property with care. I highly recommend!

The service we received from Brandon Orr from Harris Aire Serv was exceptional. We had an expensive repair and he did all he could to get the price very reasonable. He was professional, quick, and very friendly. I highly recommend Brandon if you have any HVAC needs.

Air Serve responded to my call quickly and had repairs done the next day, and when the heater was working correctly a few days later, they came immediately, having to drive from Grantsville to SLC, in a snow/mud blizzard. I highly recommend this company, they are trustworthy. Up front with their clients.

AirServ has always been great for our needs. The staff are competent and knowledgeable. They are easy to get a hold of any hour of the day or night. And they took excellent precautions and care to prevent spread of Covid-19, even rescheduling us to be first in their rotation (even though it was out of their way) to ensure that not even their clothes had been contaminated. We've used them for years and I highly recommend investing in them. They are worth every penny.

This second time they've come out, Greg was so thorough in his inspecting he honed right in on why our thermostat was giving out. He explained the science behind his tools and methods (because i asked about it). He's extremely competent. His assessment was correct in what we need, he correctly deduced what choices were made by the previous group that had AirServe the ac/heat unit. And AirServe, altogether, have been timely and vitreous with their work, their estimates, and their prices. They've worked hard to get us the most out of our unit without breaking the bank but we're also informative about why certain elements cost what they did.

I will never go back to another company. Always professional, responsive, they explain everything and are happy to answer questions. They did not make me feel rushed, but they also did not waste time either. I had another company up sell me on a furnace that was too big for my house, never worked right, and needed to be replaced 9 years later. I bought a new furnace from Aireserv and haven’t looked back. There was no pressure to buy a unit unsuited for my house, and I saw a significant drop in both my electric and gas bills after the new installation. I will always use them.

I was so impressed with our technician Nick (sp?) from Aire Serv. He came out on the hotest day of the year (103 degrees) to repair our Carrier AC unit. It was not an easy repair to troubleshoot as the plate behind the thermometer had shorted out causing down stream problems with the AC unit outside. He was honest, reasonably priced, clean, humble to call for help when he needed extra input. We were in a situation where we could have been taken advantage of and I was grateful that Air Serv was honest with us. Gladly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised! My furnace went on the blink over the weekend, and I called to make an appointment. First thing on Monday, I received the "time window" for arrival.

Nick came EARLY! He was very professional, and checked everything in the furnace after finding that the igniter had gone out. He was very thorough in going through everything to see if I had any other potential issues going on. He fixed what was wrong, and did not try to sell my anything I did not need.

I very much appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and promptness of the company in addressing my needs on a very cold morning!

Patrick and the Aire Serv team were so, so great! I am a Realtor in the SLC valley and had a client under contract for a house that was in need of a possible repair/replacement.
