Excellent service. Installed my air conditioning unit several years ago. Measured interior and exterior of my home to ensure proper sizing. Offered many options. Service Technicians are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Provide discount to senior citizens. Recommend calling them if you have any issues with your HVAC systems.

Our repairman was very thorough and professional. He made sure we understood all of our options and gave good recommendations. I will continue to only use their services!

She is great at following up with us on services and pricing. I do recommend these guys. Talked to accounting about a discrepancy and they were willing to work it out with me. Need them for future jobs and I will entrust my HVAC needs to them. Way to go guys!

Harris Aire has been servicing my heating and AC for many years. They are always very knowledgeable and do a great job when they come to my home.

We thought our 10 year warranty for parts and labor were covered with this company so we were unhappy to find out afterwards that they only covered parts. Lisa in the office is particularly great to work with and their technicians were good. We feel like their charges are very high and wish we had known before the bills that there are other companies that do honor our 10 year parts and labor warranty. We had asked AireServ if they honored our warranty the year before when we arranged for them to come out and do annual maintenance (which we knew we would have to pay for). We of course will be using the company that covers parts and labor in the future.

I had Airserv install an air scrubber and humidifier on my HVAC. They were extremely professional, polite, friendly and did excellent work. Their pricing was even 15% less than competitive bids.

Had an appointment scheduled... with a time... no one showed up.

Update: I changed my review since the technician was GREAT, he paid close attention to the details and broke down cost for me. He even showed me how easy it is to install a thermostat in case I wanted to do it myself.

It was a normal maintenance service. The young man showed up on time and went right to work. We liked that he put on covers over his shoes without being asked. He went right to work, worked independently and when he was done, he reported his findings clearly and simply. Fortunately there were no problems. We quickly signed up for another year of service.

The technicians were knowledgeable and nice. They we're efficient to fix the problem and get my family some cool air fast! Their office manager was very professional and just a gem to work with. They are an amazing team with amazing products!!

Luis and his team are very professional and accommodating. They were on time and delivered quickly.
