I would highly recommend Harris Aire Serv. Jason and his technicians did an excellent job with the design and install of our system. Their quality of work and attention to detail were second to none.

Ryan, our technician, was very professional and courteous. Aire Serv cares for the cleanliness of the homes they service. Ryan put out a door mat and had booties on his shoes. He explained our problem and was able to repair the air conditioner quickly and efficiently. We only had a two-hour window that we had to be available for him and he was at our home within that time period. It is good to have a cool home and Aire Serv was able to help us the same day we called. Thanks Ryan.

I filled out a form on their website late Saturday afternoon because the AC wasn’t working and I received a call less than an hour later. After the call, he showed up within an hour. Quick response & quick service! AC is running great!

The service was prompt. Service personnel was out the same day! He temporarily fixed the problem so we could have heating that night and then returned the next day to repair. I would highly recommend and will use their services again!

Great service! The technicians explained what was wrong and helped me understand all my options. Service was quick and they had my AC up and running before they left! Will definitely use them again!

Have used this company in the past. But called them recently to fix my furnace and they sent a technician who charged $90 to say we needed a new motor and it would cost $1000. I had McMain come and he charged $65 and spent an hour and fixed the problem. I tried to call the owner of Harris and ask him to justify gouging senior citizens but he didnt even bother to call back. Not an honest company. Wouldn't recommend.

Just had the AC stop on Saturday and called. they called back in 15 minutes and was out in another 15 minutes. Found the problem and fixed it fast for a great price. They didn't try and up sale me on a new AC like some other company do. Thanks all.

I called numerous companies on a sunday and they could not come out. The one thing your company asked that nobody else did was do you have health concerns. I have a disabled child who has extreme sensitivity to temperatures. Its was 80 degrees and climbing in my house by 9 am . I called at 10 and a service rep was to my house within 1 hour and had my air working shortly there after. Fabulous service would recomend you to everyone.

Called the company first thing this morning when they opened as our a/c kicked the bucket some time during the night and had a tech at our house by 3:30 this afternoon. Greg was professional, informative, kind to our animals and got everything running smoothly on our 24 year old a/c unit. Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks for having our back.
